Fatface products are very well made
Fatface products are very well made, I love that many clothing items are made from cotton. I have bought full price 100% cotton Fatface sweatshirts in the past but, in Holt in Norfolk, I was lucky to find one in the sale. The staff werre friendly and helpful

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Visited Fat Face in Holt yesterday. Was looking for a pair of earrings and asked the assistant Heidi if she could help me I said I was looking for something to wear every day but without a back on as the piercing in my ears has rather large holes and I keep losing the back and it is going inside my lobe 😮Wow she couldn't have been more helpful. I said I would like silver huggies but not too big. Her colleague (didnt get her name)found me the perfect pair and Heidi even went online to try and find me some too. I asked Heidi if she would put them in my ears for me as I find it difficult with fingernails she said "of course" then commented how nice they looked.
I cant praise the ladies enough if only other shops were as helpful.

The staff in store are very helpful and online ordering also works well.

Excellent customer service at Fatface Holt. Heidi went above and beyond to find a dress for me that was in the sale but not in store. She succeeded and I left feeling elated and satisfied. Keep doing what you’re doing !!

White Trainers shopping
Today I went shopping for some white trainers. I didn't expect the absolute professional experience that I had. Heidi and Ali did there upmost to help me get my trainers. They went over and above helpfulness. I have always liked Fatace and now I know why. Thank you Heidi and Ali.

Blouse is lovely
Blouse is lovely. I did initially buy a size 12 sadly even though it fitted in the chest the sleeves were too tight. I had to return and buy a size 14 which fits me perfectly.
A few of my friends have commented and wanted to know where I bought it.
