Disappointed in the sizing, designs and rude staff. What’s happened Fat Face?
I think the quality and range has diminished over the years. The sizes are bizarre and the stock is tired. Out of an order of 6 items I kept 1.
The standard of customer service in my local branch is quite bad too, really rude and impatient staff. One actually tutted at my 7 year old daughter in the store. Appalling! I was left shocked and insulted when I went to return my items. Doubt very much I will return.

Helpful and friendly staff. I ordered online and saved by picking up my order from the shop which was good. I am happy with my purchase which was good value as it was in the sale.

Favourite shop! I love fat face stores and online
I love fat face stores and online. The advantages of visiting the stores are 1) You can feel the textures of the fabrics. The knitwear is always so soft.
2) Our dog is always made welcome. We don’t have a choice about going into the shop- the dog insists!
Online shopping is very convenient if I can’t get into town.

Fatface Ilkley need training in CX skills
I love the Fatface brand and their clothing but sad to say we rang the ilkley store from the Skipton store as they showed stock of an item to be met with very poor levels of customer service. I understand they are busy but a blatant refusal to help and told to call in on Boxing Day was not well received. Sorry Fatface, I expected better customer service from your brand.

Great customer service from Emma
Had to pop into the store today to change a jumper for my husband (he wanted to change it for a different colour). The store manager Emma was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful, especially considering the jumper was from Christmas and she had to go on a hunt around the store to find an alternative one. Excellent service from a lovely lady!

I would just like to give a review on the great customer service I received today while shopping in FatFace Ilkley.
Me and my daughter who gets very anxious when shopping was out looking for a new winter coat.
The lady’s at Ilkley really helped me and my daughter who was really struggling at this point after going in many stores in Ilkley choose and also made it very pleasant with their interactions with her.
I only managed to catch one of the names as Emma if I’m not mistaken.
It was a very pleasant trip made better from the very kind staff.
I Will Definitely be back to this store.

Bought a top in January
Bought a top in January, which was worn once washed at 30 as instructed and srunk in the wash. Returned to Ilkley shop which resulted in basically been called a liar and that the manager couldn't see anything wrong with it. When asked if they had another to compare it with was told no and to return to head office. I didn't purchase it from head office?? Rude and unhelpful when the item was clearly faulty. I won't shop here again.

Excellent well trained staff in the Ilkley store. So willing to help when asked. They are all polite. friendly and sensible. It’s a well managed branch.
I found a cardigan I liked but the colour didn’t suit me. The staff immediately sourced another colour on line and it arrived at home in a few days. Can’t praise them enough. Going back for Christmas presents.
