Very friendly shop
I ordered a dress online and picked it up at the Lymington shop. Decided to take it home and try it on. Unfortunately even though it was a size 8 petite it was far too wide and would have made a good maternity dress! I did like the dark green colour and style of the dress with the velvet skirt and knitted top, so I was disappointed with the sizing.
The staff in the shop are very friendly and the return was very easy.

Ordered online for delivery to my local branch of FF. Pleased with the jeans I ordered and I was able to try on at the branch and could have returned them from the branch if necessary. Staff at the Lymington shop are always friendly and helpful.

Good quality top
I have bought a number of Breton tops from Fat Face over recent years. The quality and fit has always been very good. They wash well and keep their shape.
The staff in our Lymington store are always friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy to have order sent to local store with no charge as several suppliers do. Easy to find what I wanted.

Collect from store
I ordered my slippers online to be delivered to my local store, so no delivery costs. In the sale and I used a voucher. Collected within a week, helpful friendly staff. Very happy with slippers, comfortable and warm.
