The friendly, young man I spoke to helped me find the shirt I was looking for, and accepted my discount card immediately. The shirts are great quality too. The store was also nice and cool!!

Online purchase.
We only have a small outlet in Macclesfield so being able to order online and have items delivered to the store for collection is ideal for me. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The dungarees I purchased fitted perfectly and are of excellent quality.

Great customer service - with patience and care
Things were complicated with our latest transaction with Fatface, to do with a gift card. Despite this, and it taking some time, the staff at the Lytham store were so understanding, patient, kind and helpful - a smile's worth and much appreciated...

I love Fatface
I love Fatface, a lot of my wardrobe is from there. In fact, most days I’m wearing at least one item of Fatface clothing! I recently bought one of the fur coats in the sale and it’s so beautiful, I love the colour and the way it feels. Special shout out to my local store in Macclesfield, the staff are great, always welcoming and friendly.

Good company. Lovely casual smart clothes of good material. They are generous on sizes so sometimes have to go down a size. Never a problem when returning an item. I buy for the whole family. Love the sales and spend too much.

Really nice shop
The staff here are always friendly and (seem) happy every time we go in.
Shop is only small, so more space would be good, but it's always a pleasure to visit.

Quick delivery and all items present in parcel. Had to return one item (ordered two sizes of one item to chose best fit). Returned to store - really simple and quick. Money was refunded immediately- I was impressed! 😊

Fluffy socks online order with in-store collection
I ordered some fluffy socks online, selecting in store collection. This was a first for me, the store collection option bit. I am well versed in the ordering of socks.
I received an email, notifying me of the successful sock in-store delivery. I travelled to the store and the email was absolutely true. The socks were indeed there, boxed no less! I collected the box, and drove home, reflecting on whether I’d be asked to review the experience on Trust Pilot. It’s funny how things turn out.
