I ordered online to pick up at the store. I didn’t want all of the items but the store wouldn’t accept them because I paid by PayPal. So I have to post the returns. I pay for everything by PayPal and have never come across this issue with other stores.

its great that fatface now do a click and collect at your local store its a lot easier collecting from the store than having to wait in for a delivery,Plus you can try your items on in the store and if there not right return them straight away

Staff were lovely..
The gents section is so small and no sale area. Staff were lovely, but can you do something about getting reasonable stock for the gents section!
