Lovely shop and friendly staff
Very helpful staff. There was a pair of trousers that I liked and a member of staff identified they were available on the website in short which I needed. Bought jumper and top in store both of which I’m very pleased with

Brilliant service.
The guy in the Meadowhall branch was so helpful, phoned Nottingham branch to see if they had the jacket I wanted in the required size. They did and were happy to save it for me until my granddaughter, who is at uni there was able to collect it.

Very helpful
I went into store when it was a sale / an extra 20% off and the customer service was still just as good and the store was still tidy. Very attentive staff to ensure the 20% came off of my items.

Great service
Always helpful and friendly staff ready to help. The shop is well set out with plenty of space to look round. A pleasant shopping experience and you never feel under any pressure about just browsing.

Polite efficient staff
Today I unfortunately had to return a handbag with a small fault ,The shop at meadowhall did not have the same one in stock .I really liked the bag and was disappointed I could not change for same .The manager of the store at meadowhall named Fabian could not have been more helpful ,he went above and beyond to look which store had in stock ,phoned the shop on Ecclesall Road sheffield and arranged for me to collect from there The person at Ecclesall Road was also very helpful his name was Ryan .I would like to say staff in both shops are incredibly polite and make shopping in your lovely shops a very pleasant experience
