Shirt was not even worth sale price…
Shirt was not even worth sale price paid. Will be returning item. Collection service from shop was extremely slow. The shop was not busy but girl who served us had no idea what she was as doing. There were a few orders the same surname as mine and she kept bring out one parcel after another until she finally got the correct one 😱

Love fat face clothes, I have required quite a lot of stuff over the years, just been in with daughter for my birthday pressie I got a lovely bag, I also got jeans nd long jumper online from the sale nd they are lovely , staff are so nice nd helpful, the shop is so nice too

Friendly helpful staff
The staff are great. Very often items for sale online are not available in store. It’s always helpful to be able to look at items in real life.

FatFace is so proficient, from placing my order to receiving the parcel which is always a pleasure to open.
I have always been pleased with the garments I have ordered including my last purchase which is a crochet cardigan made of the softest beautiful blue wool. I love it.

Excellent service from very helpful staff
The assistant in the store was so helpful. There was no size 16 and she phoned my local branch to check there. They did not have it either so she ordered online for me. Central Newcastle branch - excellent service.

Order was easy enough, but…
Order was easy enough but there was no tracking as promised and delivery took much longer than expected. Once the item arrived in store it was easy enough to pickup. Maybe the sales staff could have been a bit more engaged rather than talking amongst themselves.

Very easy to order what I wanted online…
Very easy to order what I wanted online and to collect them when I was next in the city centre.
A note to be aware of; should you wish to return any items to a Fatface store make sure you pay using a personal card i.e. debit or credit. I used Paypal and would have had to return by post.
Fortunately everything was perfect with the order and I kept all items. Great quality and perfect fit.
