Great Service
Just wanted to say popped into the store for the first time in years (11/12/23) to try on a couple of items. The chap who served me was extremely helpful showed me other items, talked knowledgeably about the products as a result I bought an extra item plus ordered two more when I got home.

Colorful website
Easy to navigate website. My purchases were in the sale and collection from store. Fast delivery and kept informed at each stage. Cargo trousers and lacy blouse are perfect as described.

Return Process
I bought 1 size top in shop and another size on line. after careful thought I wanted to return both as I'd prefer a longer style. I went to the Nottingham branch and the return process was fast and efficient.

Popped in to get a few new bits and pieces and Aaliyah was so helpful and gave loads of style tips. She also tried to help us whittle down the list of things we wanted to buy but we ended up getting at all despite her efforts as all the clothes were so lovely.
I’ve been shopping at FatFace for around 10 years and I absolutely love the clothes - great styles and the clothes last a long time! I’ve had some clothing from 2015 that I still wear (and I’ve worn frequently!)

Face to Face or Online?
Easy to locate item of clothing I was looking for but my size wasn't available. However, a very helpful member of staff checked the stockroom and also online and was able to inform me that I could order the item I wanted and have it delivered free to the store. Very surprised though that the store couldn't order the item.

The store staff should have been able to order the item for you if you wanted, however orders made on the till have to be made for home delivery. If you wish to collect the item from store, this has to be done via our website.

I always enjoy going into my local Fatface, everything is well set out and the service from the sales assistants is friendly
I love the quality of the clothing and everything lasts for ages
I understand that quality costs more and the reason I've only given 4 stars is down to the price of some of the clothes....luckily they have sales whi means I can purchase some of my favourite more expensive items 🥰
