What a differetely love the dress
Absolutely love the dress, great fit true to size. Very prompt delivery by Royal Mail ! Also very helpful staff when shopping in Nottingham store.

I visited this Fat Face a couple of months apart and both times got such wonderful lovely service from a member of staff named Lisa J. Both times I was a bit of a faff, needing help with specific things or wanting a specific item if clothing. Both times Lisa was so helpful and happy to be going the extra mile to assist me! I like Fat Face as a brand anyway but this particular store is extra friendly!

After having a lovely experience buying…
After having a lovely experience buying a dress in store in my usual size, I was really disappointed when I tried it on at home to find out it was smaller than usual on the bust. I rang the store to see if they had it in the next size - luckily they did and the lovely staff offered to save it for me until I could get back to the store in a few days time.
