Great service.
My wife had the pleasure of visiting FatFace in Plymouth this afternoon and has not stopped telling me how good the staff were. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable were some of the adjectives she used. Needless to say she was very pleased with the help afforded her by Kirsty and insisted that I write to compliment this member of staff. Please pass on our thanks. We will visit this outlet again. Customer service at its best!
One of the reasons I shop at Fatface is the level of service they provide! Staff are always helpful, friendly and go the extra mile. They are visible, which seems to be a rarity these days.
Today was no exception, Ella was fabulous and dealt with my query without hesitation. Really affirmed why I shop there. Thank you Ella, your customer service skills were beyond 5*.

Megan in the Plymouth store was amazing! She was so helpful in getting different sizes for me, and offered a really friendly and honest opinion when I asked her thoughts. She was an absolute asset to the store and made my shopping experience a dream. I found the perfect dress to wear to the event and walked away a very happy customer, thank you!

I visited the FatFace store in Plymouth. The service was excellent by the staff especially Claire & Carly. They helped me find the perfect outfits. They went above & beyond to help me feel better about myself when feeling low. I bought the outfits. Really pleased & happy to revisit again.

Excellent Customer Service
I received excellent customer service from Ben who took the time to go upstairs to the stock room to try and find the blouse I wanted in my size. He brought down two blouses in another colour so I could try the size I asked for. As it turned out I needed a smaller size. I would not have made the purchase if he had not been so helpful. I have to say, all of the other staff were very helpful as well.

Plymouth store Sunday 26th may 24
Went into the Plymouth store today had requested some jeans to be held back for me for collection. Sam could not of been more helpful or friendly with us. I purchased the jeans plus other items and he ordered another pair on line for me. Many thanks Sam!
