Returning a wrong sized item to Rugby…
Returning a wrong sized item to Rugby Eliot Fields store was not a pleasant experience. Nothing seemed straight forward, served by an unpleasant member of staff, then debited for refund instead of being credited with no real apology (then having to wait for money to be refunded to account). It was the staff that let this experience down, not the product.

I ordered sandals to pick up in store, saving on delivery and of course then having the opportunity to browse, 3 pairs of socks for the price of 2 this time 😊 The sandals were exactly as expected, perfect fit. FatFace assistants are always pleasant and friendly in my experience ⭐️

Went to collect a parcel from fat face store… there was actually a flash sale event. So I have added to my wardrobe for the summer…saved lots of money.
Lovely clothes, timeless pieces. Oh and staff very friendly and helpful.

I was visiting Rugby and called into…
I was visiting Rugby and called into fat face. I saw trousers I like but but size and style not on show, an assistant asked if I needed help. Explained what I wanted and she went off to check the stock, came back with exactly what I wanted. Friendly, helpful staff. Great

Went to the rugby store and was greeted by very helpful staff and there was lots of new products in compared to last time I was in. Lots of nice summer clothes ready for the warm weather.
