Great service in store
Easy to collect in store. Shop assistants were kind to the children whilst I tried it on quickly. I then returned part of the order but it was quick and painless - all in all a great service in store with three young children!

The whole process is so easy.
The whole process is so easy from ordering to collection. I never have to wait long for my order, just a few days. I am very happy with my purchase . Fat Face quality is always very good.

Friendly helpful staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Attentive to customer needs not chatting to each other. Knowledgeable about range and where to locate it i store. A a disable shopper i found this very helpful.

Purchased two lovely tops on line in the sale. They were delivered to my local shop and I picked them up within a few days of ordering. Very satisfied with the quality of the clothing and ease of ordering and collection
