The products are lovely but the delivery service was terrible the parcel was delivery at 11.30at night and left by the front door in the rain and was not discover till the next morning not impressed

Beautiful spring top (shame about the instore sizes)
I spotted a beautiful top, perfect for the spring, in store. I tried it on but it was just a fraction too small. There were no larger sizes in store (I was looking for an 20) so I checked out the website. I did this while I was in the changing room. Luckily I was able to order the size I wanted but, it was a shame to see there were 3 other larger sizes available that aren't in the store. Having discovered this, I then had a look around the store & the largest size I found was 18. Are Fatface ashamed to have plus size women wearing their clothes?

Thank you for your review. At the moment, due to space limitations in our stores, we’re only able to carry a selected range of sizes on the shop floor - typically up to a size 18. However, we do offer a wider size range online, and we’re always happy to help with ordering to store or home if that’s more convenient for you.
We know how important it is to have more inclusive sizing available in store, and this is something we’re continuously reviewing. Your feedback is really appreciated and will be shared with our team as we work to improve the experience for all our customers.
Good but.....
Great quality clothes albeit a little pricey. Friendly helpful staff. Just a pity the shops are so small & only hold a fraction of the online variety & colours. For me I need to try the clithes on as their actual sizes vary between garnents even though they are labelled the same size.

Wonderful staff
Fatface in West Quay, Southampton, i really hope this gets to the people who deserve it the most: Jess, thank you for helping me choose the plethora of skirts to try on so I didn't have to search every rail in the store myself, so helpful.
Sophie, thank you for your help in deciding which skirt to buy, its because of you that I bought the skirt!
And finally, thank you David for your kindness and cheerful chatter at the till, you made me feel really good about myself.
What a fabulous store, its the people who made it the great experience that it was today.
I love the skirt too....pockets! But the staff made me want to leave a review, the product alone wouldn't have.

Easy to order and collect from store. When I collected the item I noticed it was faulty, luckily they had a replacement in store so the assistant swapped them for me. Friendly and helpful staff.

Delivery was fast and efficient
Delivery was fast and efficient, quality of items was great with lots of fun design details such as extra buckles and straps on the trousers I ordered and when one item had to be returned due to sizing issues it was easy to send a return right in the store.

The Jeans Whisperer - Claudia
Been looking for a pair of jeans for ages (they are so hard to find) - I went in yesterday and ended up finding a pair I wanted to try on a different size. The staff were so accommodating and got it ordered for me. What really stood out was when I returned to the store today and wasn’t happy with the fit of the jeans I ordered, the most amazing lady, Claudia went to the bag and found two pairs that would be a good size a fit for me and I found the perfect pair! This made my whole entire year! Thank you so much Claudia for your amazing service and for making shopping fun again!

Amazing trousers
I bought 2 pairs of trousers and I LOVE them both so much. Both are perfect for going into the colder months.
I received amazing service in the Southampton store also. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
