Great shopping experience
Visited FatFace shop in St Pancras Station to buy cardigan. Friendly, helpful staff and got just what I wanted. Good quality and out of the ordinary. Lots of very attractive clothing on display so will go back with more time to find some summer wear.

Quite rude
Mostly helpful but I found 1 member of staff was not very polite when I was waiting to use the one and only changing room. I believe as I had already said that I was waiting I did not need to be spoken in such a harsh manner, or indeed asked what I was doing!

Friendly service and fab tote bag
The store person was friendly which made click and collect process super easy. I had to travel quite far to pick up my order, so I'm grateful for the service. The tote bag was such nice quality, I couldn't believe what a great value for money (got it on a sale). It looks well made and can't wait to use it for work!

Lovely produces
Always god produces. The Tee-shirt was lovely as were the socks. My son loved the clown fish motive.

For its comfort and lovely colour
Liked the jacket in store and the staff advised it was the perfect colour on me but nothing of my size….. she then told me to go online which I did and I cannot stop wearing it for its comfort!

Great product and service
Great product and service, I clicked and collected from the St Pancras shop within a few days of ordering. The style and quality is excellent, I've never regretted purchasing one of their products either for myself or as a gift. Very good service from the lone gentleman at the time in the store.
