I liked the clothing that was actually on display, and the service, but it was limited and a particular item I wanted, each item in my size had visible flaws. I couldn’t even order one new.

I ordered 2 items of differing sizes
I ordered 2 items of differing sizes, keeping the smaller one. When I visited the store with my return the older staff member was so miserable to the point of being abrupt and ill mannered. The younger staff seemed subdued and unfriendly. It’s happened before on a previous visit. Surely working conditions are not that bad!

I found the store after a little bit of searching, it was a little further than I thought. Staff were really helpful, I asked a few question and also needed help getting shoes down from high up hangers. Over all a nice shopping experience, not my usual store.

Poor service in shop
Normally buy online but went to Stratford on Avon store and was not very impressed. Male assistant was extremely helpful when serving the lady in front of me, explaining what and why he was doing for her.
When he came to serve me, (male) the niceness switch had been activated to the off position and he was grumpy with a couldn't care attitude. The young girl who assisted him needs to be shown how to fold up garments and not bundle them together.
All together a very poor service. The products are still good, but will not use this store again

Very very helpful staff, the young man went out of his way to help my wife, and the young lady helped too by ordering the items my wife wanted on line for home delivery.
If only all staff in stores were as helpful as they were in this store!

I’m so sad to write this because I love Fat Face & it’s no reflection on the clothing. Visited Stratford upon Avon store while away for the bank holiday (28/08/22). I attempted to try on 4 tops that I liked but was ejected from the changing room by a very cross assistant who told me the fitting rooms were closed because he was the only member of staff on duty. He was clearly angry & irritated & while I sympathise with his situation he shouldn’t be projecting that onto customers & I found his rant quite offensive. Rude guy!

Just beautiful clothes in beautiful surroundings. I treated myself to a jumpsuit as it’s my birthday today. The sales man was really kind and friendly.
