My wife and I visited Fatface in Sutton Coldfield twice today not having had enough time to browse initially. Lydia, who was working on her own that day couldn't have been more helpful and chatty, giving us plenty of time to browse and try clothes on. We ended up buying far more than expected. Quality of the items is also very good.

I needed to purchase a jumper as a Christmas present the day before Christmas Eve. I called the Sutton Coldfield branch, my call was answered immediately and the lady who answered located the jumper and helped me decide which size would be suitable. She kindly put it to one side for me to collect next day. When I arrived in store I was greeted by three friendly and polite assistants, my payment was taken and they all wished me a merry Christmas! How refreshing to be treated as though my custom was important to them. They were a credit to your company and I left a very satisfied customer.I will definately shop there again.
