Delivery to store was within a couple of days. Collection was efficient.
Goods were excellent value for money.
Very satisfied customer.

Notified me that my order would be delayed. Collection from store went smoothly. Returned an item to store. The server was very helpful and processed the return. Using FF for the first time I found it a good experience.

I trust FatFace as a brand. Good quality products and decent customer service. For these I would rate FatFace a four out of five.
Yesterday, I ordered a secret Santa gift on next day delivery, rather than risk the Christmas traffic travelling to a store. I felt quite pleased with myself.
Until today I received this message from Evri: “We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and Well let you know once it's out for delivery”.
Quite normal, you may think? Unfortunately so. I have now ordered £1235.00 worth of goods from reputable retailers this month, both of which use Evri. The other items (ordered almost three weeks ago) haven’t materialised and I still haven’t received a refund, as the retailers must go through their process. That’s a 100% of items ordered from retailers that use Evri that haven’t been delivered, either on time or at all.
I have marked FatFace down so heavily due to the sheer inconvenience and frustration of this failed delivery at such an important and busy time of year.
RETAILERS: PLEASE STOP USING EVRI. They may well be the lowest bidder, but the overall ‘cost’ to your business is much higher!

Ordered 2 shirts in 2 different sizes and had them delivered to Whiteley Store where my husband tried them on and chose 1 of them . The staff in store are brilliant as is the atmosphere and design of the store itself . Hence 5 stars .
Not so sure though whether the NEXT takeover has had somewhat of a negative impact.Is it just me thinking this brand is no longer Fat Face in quality and design of some of the clothes. ( The shirt we bought being one of them ) It was given to me rolled up in a plastic bag and was horribly creased. I really hope NEXT allow Fat Face to sell good quality stylish clothes and not make it into a less desirable brand.

Come on FatFace time to sort the issue out. Not sure if it's a National problem or just my local store.

On-line order. A jumper was ordered on the Fatface website but went into shop on collection day only to be told it has not been received along with lots of other orders, apparently it has happened a lot recently since being taken over by Next Shop were very helpful and made a phone call to try to track parcel, the best option I was told was to refund the original online order and reorder again in shop. Told it would arrive the following day and could be collected from Next but wait for email confirming it had arrived. I rang Fatface store to say after waiting 2 days I had still not received email, the assistant ran over to Next and informed me they have my parcel but didn't know why no confirmation email was sent to me saying it had arrived. Told me I could collect order and gave me an order number to give them. Pleased to say I now have my order. I have never had problems previously with Fatface orders so hopefully things will improve between Next and Fatface

Did an online order on the 11th, went into store in the 15th to see if it had arrived, told by someone there that they were waiting for 100s if orders, I need to wait for an email to say it had arrived. A week after ordering still have not received an email to say it has been delivered. I have never waiting this long for an order to arrive. I wanted the items of clothing for a weekend away which I now can't take with me as I'm still waiting.

Love that you can send orders to store for pick-up. The sizing is amazing with plus size short length - rarely seen elsewhere. i also value the quality fabrics and laid back and pretty designs. Even though I've turned 60, with Fatface I don't have to feel frumpy! Thankyou :)
