The communication was not good, could be better but trike eventually arrived pre-assembled ,luke stayed and assembled trike for me he was very polite & helpful went through everything...I got £50.00 refund due to few problems, well worth waiting for love the trike just waiting for dvla so I can ins it now...

Luke gave me a full refund, even after the bike was in the process of being delivered. I had to cancel because I
i miscalculated measuring the handlebars and the bike wouldn't fit through my door. Fatwheelscoot is a genuine company and they have professionalism and integrity.

That u paid all that money and u had to put all together yourself.
Customer service is very hard to get a reply.
I have been ringing them for a few days no reply sent them an email a couple of days ago and not a reply.
Their customer service very poor

Past experience excellent. I have a scooter on preorder, but there is no communication from luke it's very frustrating.

Love my new trike my sister says I look like Arnie with his sunglasses on from T2 , Had no problems with delivery thank you very much guys.

Trike is absolutely fantastic , had a few issues , but was soon resolved by the company , so one very happy customer .

Just contacted Luke at Fatwheelscoot with an enquiry about some tyres to fit my Nzita x12 (though I don't think they directly have dealings with this brand. Luke was super quick to respond with details of availability of tyre. excellent customer service. Though these types of scooters are become more and more popular, spares have, up to now, been a problem and are not always readily available. I see on their website that they have a reasonable range of spares and accessories for the scooters and bikes they do stock, so it's always handy to have a reliable supplier bookmarked up for future needs.

Had a great experience with FatWheelScoot! I was worried at first as it’s a large order to make online and the site didn’t have that many reviews. But the whole process was really smooth - I ordered my tricycle online and it arrived on time 3 days after ordering. I found the instructions surprisingly easy to use and the few questions I had were answered quickly by the really friendly team, making it a fast assembly!

The tricycle itself is good quality - I’ve only had it a few weeks but it’s easy and fun to ride to town and quite nippy when you’re on it. The build quality is good with sturdy materials and I get the sense the team would be quick to resolve any issues, which is reassuring when ordering online. One of my neighbours was keen to buy one as soon as he saw me riding it, so have recommended this website to him already!
