Ordered a Bournemouth home shirt on 1st August, have sent several emails which did get a reply. The first one said the warehouse were busy the second one a few weeks later said the shirt was out of stock. It is the 1st of October tomorrow and I still haven't received my shirt and probably never will.
Shirt arrived today 23/10 good fit, looks good. Only complaint is it took nearly 3 months to arrive.

No communication from seller and then they sent the wrong items. Refused a refund or to replace the incorrect item.

Ordered a 5XL Cardiff shirt and shorts for my son's birthday two months beforehand. No communication, no parcel. Email correspondence for three months afterwards: turns out they never had the item in stock, never would, refused refund, tried to fob me off with Real Madrid or Barcelona. Eventually recieved a shirt in the wrong size, no shorts. Don't be a fool like me!

Please do not order from this company. The items are not genuine and quality is poor. If you're looking for a cheap alternative then purchase, but be aware that damaged or faulty items have to be returned to China at your cost. This means something cheap will end up costing you more. This was a gift for a friends child and I was embarrassed to give it. Ended up buying a genuine shirt to replace it. Don't be scammed. I just feel embarrassed I fell for it and hope others don't.

Ordered 6 shirts and received them all. It took time though 2 months!. Make sure you order popular teams, as less common ones they won't have. Nice items once received and had to email them a lot!
If you are patient, worth it

Great shirts took 2 weeks to turn up but great quality and customer service was good emails sent same day,
Shirts size is go one higher than your original size but quality beyond belief

Made an order 16 July 25, which got confirmed with an order Ref. Had communication since. Had escalated to the help desk since and been parmed off with pathetic excuses.. warehouse busy, to many orders etc. Been now informed they are out stock & to another product. Which i did, they got the size wrong, and then after resubmitting my order to the so called warehouse I havent had any shipping/tracking reference or update to date.
Poor, unprofessional, and rubbish company. Highly recommend to stay away.

This company is a total scam. Orders don't arrive or, if they do they are substandard counterfeit goods from China. Avoid at all costs

I paid for 2 shirts and waited, but nothing appeared I also sent numerous emails and heard nothing. I got a refund via PayPal a month after I ordered, then I received an email from them, saying they could see i had been refunded, but if I wanted to order again just make another payment. Avoid this company at all costs.

Joke of a company delivery came missing 1 shirt . Delivery takes forever and on delivery the 2 out of 3 shirts that did arrive Shirts were extremely small . Tried to contact 5 or 6 times now and they have yet to respond and I am now giving up trying to. Use at your own peril as I strongly believe they are con artists who should be avoided and forced to stop trading

Do not buy, this company do not have what they show online and sell incorrect items that are not acceptable in anyway. When asked for refund they refuse. Dispute raised with credit card. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a little over 2 weeks ago without checking reviews. I hadn't received any other notifications except for the initial order confirmation and was getting a little nervous so I thought I'd go online and check out what other people were saying about the site. The reviews were not encouraging and I thought that the occasional glowing 5 star reviews among the countless 1 star reviews were a bit fishy and assumed I'd fallen victim to a scam site. I even went so far as to explain to my daughter that she probably wouldn't be getting her kit anytime soon, then lo and behold it turned up today. It looks to be an excellent quality Spurs away kit, embroidered badge, socks, short and shorts all present and correct with her name spelt correctly on the back!
I was ready to come on here and leave a stinking review so felt it only fair that I came on to post a positive one. The wait time is the only slight downside really.
I can only speak to my own experience and for £30 I have no complaints, will everyone's experience be the same? Evidently not...

Ordered a personalized arsenal jersey and shorts. It took over 2 weeks to even arrive with no tracking number. When it did arrive, only the jersey was there, I emailed them and they said the shorts were out of stock even though I paid them, I demanded a refund & they had the cheek to say if I ordered something else, they could send me the shorts. So, I won't be getting a refund clearly.. the same Chinese email sends replies and is outrageous. Do not spend money here!!

Awful quality shirts, took a long time to arrive & impossible to return.

Scam items never arrived and they still charged and refusing refund

Paid for two shirts, one arrived and now, over 2 months later the replacement still hasn't arrived. Avoid this company at all costs; they are a total con!

Order the spurs away kit for my son. slightly slow service but kit arrived. Shirt and shorts are nice but was shipped with Barca socks? Emailed to ask for correct socks to be shipped but no acknowledgement of my email.

We shall see what happens.

DO NOT USE!!! 3 week wait with no communication only to send the wrong shirt in the wrong size!!!!! Should be called FRAUD not FAUNA….

It took 23 days to receive an order and it was then delivered to the billing address and not the shipping address.
Emails from the company (based in Asia) are only received once per week and they are not joined up and it appears that no one reads the email chain.
I received an email confirmation of the order showing all the correct addresses and then a further email showing the wrong address. I flagged this to them but it was ignored.
The football shirt is t worth the money and you could get similar quality from UK based company with better comms and actually deliver to the right address.
Very very frustrating.

Ordered 2 kits. Despite being given an order number it was not recognised on their page. I had no tracking details, order number not found and money left my account. They don't reply to emails until you raise a dispute with PayPal then they bombard you with emails saying it's on its way and tell you to cancel the dispute. They still couldn't provide any tracking details so PayPal refunded me.
