Wow, I was seriously concerned that this was a scam. My items took around a month to arrive, with just one initial email confirmation and silence following that. I raised a query on a number of occasions, the first few generated no response, and then finally a reply asking me to be patient. Just to be clear - it fooled me - this is a HK/China based company. Additionally, when I order the items, the order didn't appear to complete, but my bank confirmed almost instantly that it had. Really shoddy service.

Ordered 3 football tops on 16th July.
Wouldn't let me log in to see where they were!!
September the 4th got a Gmail saying they were on there way..
Delivered this morning September 8th. But only one shirt!!
Disgusting company

My order came in about 10 days, quicker than I expected. The communication on WhatsApp was excellent; they offered a tracking number as soon as I asked.

This company is crap ordered a top waited 2 months then they said it was out of stock still waiting had my money asked for a refund said not allowed to do refunds. Now they have asked if I want another team

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered a football kit from them for my sons birthday (3 weeks in advance) I received confirmation they had received the order then nothing.......
I emailed them no reply, emailed again 4 days later no reply. It was only when I cancelled the payment that theu emailed me back and told me there was no stock and they would ship the order when they could! Nope rubbish company avoid like the plague

Still ignoring my pleas for a refund.Just red what must be a fake review about great customer service.Any good review about this company must be fake.Avoid at all costs

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THE ORDERS DO NOT ARRIVE. I ORDERED A SHIRT ON 22ND JUNE AND STILL WAITING. ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY HAVE SAID INCORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT ME A PHOTO OF THE PACKAGE WITH THE CORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS ON IT.

One star because I can’t give none. All looks good on the website and there is even a link to “easy 30 days return”. However, after the top arrived with a large hole in the side seam I tried to facilitate an exchange/refund. Although customer services responded quickly, the best they could offer was 10% off buying a replacement or £2 refund! Totally unacceptable quality and response. Needless to say going to contact my credit card company.

Ordered 2 x Football tops. No customer support and still no delivery. Scammed £41 off me. Do not use this company.
I have began dispute with my Bank against them

Please do yourself a favour and avoid buying from here.
As like many others…. I waited weeks for to receive my order and when I did, half of it was completely wrong. No chance of getting a refund or hearing back from anyone. Just massively out of pocket.

Had to leave one star as can't leave zero!
Ordered childs football shirt on 22nd July (birthday present) and still hadn't received by 1st september.
Contacted company who apparently 'were very busy' hhmmm.
Luckily had paid by PAYPAL so opened a case on 1st september, full refund received from Paypal almost immediately.
Fauna then contacted me 'Sorry, XXX City's jerseys and shorts are out of stock and need to be restocked. If you have other favorite teams, please send me a few pictures and I'll check if they're in stock. As compensation, I can offer 5% of the jersey's sales price. Please cancel the PayPal dispute.'

Ordered and saw the reviews and immediately panicked and regretted ordering. All emails were answered however and barca tshirt came customised properly with no mistakes and looks good. Haven’t worn yet but ordered on 5/8 and came on 3/9- worth the wait for the price imo

I wouldn't even leave a 1 star please avoid at all cost. This company is a scam do not use. You have been warned. Trust me you will not recant items and will never get a refund

Made my order on the 24th July for my Grandsons birthday which was on the 12th August. They responded to my email on the 16th august saying they will make my order a priority but still nothing has arrived as of 03/09/2025.
Wish i had read the reviews before i made the order.......Lessons learned!!

1* is far too high but the lowest I can rate! Ordered at the beginning of June and still not received my child’s kit. Multiple emails with Fauna for them to say it is out of stock and to order a different teams kit, with them now refusing to send the full kit and only a shirt.

Wish I had seen the reviews before buying. It is not cheap and the service is absolutely appalling.

Terrible company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Took a month to arrive - completely missed a young lad’s birthday! After two wears and not washed yet, numbers are peeling off and ragged. Not going to reimburse nor replace! They told me to buy another one!!!!! As if!! CC company contacted for refund! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!! What an absolutely awful company. Wish I could give less than 1 star!!

Well I recently ordered the brenford home kit long sleeve jersey with Collins on the back an pl badge on the sleeve small kids 13-14 size and the sent me a baby size jersey and it was fake everything about it was fake badge not even real do not by off this website ever because I made the mistake

Ordered the latest football shirt of my team. That was five weeks ago, not arrived. Sent emails, which were ignored. Fortunately i paid through paypal and i received a full refund. I ordered the real thing directly from the club shop yesterday and I received it today. Whats the point in saving £35 and receive nothing.

Absolute scam fake kit ordered with shorts and name and that do not come and everything was fake also took 2 mouths to deliver
