Same as most others, no item received, they reply to email saying they are busy but given up expectation of item arriving. Do not give these clowns your money.

I ordered off you was ago Still waiting it was a Man utd Top for my Grandson

Ordered a large ladies England top.With personalised number and name on 17th July 2025.Alone with medium sized adult England shorts 2025/2026.And adult size Arsenal home kit 2025/2026.Finally my delivery arrived on 21/08/2025.Opened up package got Arsenal shorts ok.But England shorts were missing and they sent me what looks like a small child's size England shirt instead of the large adults size on my clearly stated order.What a bunch of cowboys it's taken ages to get here it's not only wrong it's got item missing as well.Who there double/treble checks their orders before dispatching??? I'm still waiting for a reply to my email informing them of these mishaps and want it sorted.a.s.a.p. these were for my daughters 16th Birthday on the 30/07/2025.What a huge dissapointment.Come on Faunasports sort your game out.Thanx.Gary Gutteridge.23/08/2025.

Absolute scammers ordered t-shirt over 2 months ago and keep getting email responses back saying 'Warehouse will be dispatching soon' they must think I'm bloody stupid! Have reported them to the Chinese Embassy and fraud department. Do not give them your money!!!!

Be careful! This company is in China!!! My bank just now declined transactions, they called me and explained that this company is in China!

Complete scammers. I have emailed them 2 months after placing an order and, conveniently, my item seems to have been "missed" as per reviews from other buyers. Clearly, they have no intention of sending my item and are completing ignoring my request for a refund, instead promising me that the item will be sent and that I should "be patitent". Patient???!! It's been months!! Don't bother ordering from them, it's another scam company from China. How these people sleep at night I have no idea.

Don’t bother. They take your money then nothing is delivered. Scam!

They are scammers and don't buy Feb them, you want get your item and they will try and use your payment details

Have emailed several times no reply believe I have been conned !! Should have read reviews , if it looks like a duck 🦆 walks like duck 🦆 I’ve been ducked !!

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Delivery took AGES with no delivery updates. When it finally arrived only half the order was there. Have repeatedly sent emails to chase the rest of my order and had zero replies. What a dreadful, dishonest company. 😞 Also don't be fooled by the images of the kids football kits. Looks like to comes with socks, but mine didn't. Total waste of money.

Absolute scam, Chinese rubbish, you'll wait days on end for zero customer service to emails. I should have trusted the reviews. Ordered an England shirt and they sent it with an Italian footballers name on it, their offer of recompense was £3.89. like that made up for it. Cheap but if it's something you can't wear what's the point. Avoid like the plague

I wasn’t too hopeful after reading some of the other reviews but no complaints from me. I bought the old Diogo Jota Liverpool shirt for a bargain price and it arrived 4 weeks later to Ireland via the Netherlands. Great quality, genuine jersey, tags etc.

I came for the great price, but was happily surprised that the quality is this good - the value is just fantastic.

Took just over 3 weeks to come. The shirts are a bit thin but pleased with the quality! Had to send a couple of emails but again they did reply within a couple of days,

If I could give 0/5 I would. Shocking quality, items not turned up, refusing to provide refund etc

This company is a complete fraud. I ordered a birthday surprise replica shirt 2 months ago. After 4 complaints and 4 apology emails I gave up. How can they possibly be able to trade. My cardholder returning the cost but even they can't get this sham of a business closes. How can it be tip of any website. Google should have a look at itself as well. Don't go near these criminals.

I ordered 4 items. Only 1 arrived and it wasn't as described. I emailed them but am no getting any responses. So disappointing. I thought it was a legitimate website

Ordered a football Jersey through their website. Received email saying item will 2-7 working days in preparation. No product was delivered in 3 weeks. They replied to my emails though and the product finally arrived.
In short, product arrived late, not shipped in great condition but it was delivered at the end.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are now trading under two different names since I ordered and now and sent me this message (Please cancel your PayPal dispute, or a penalty will be charged)
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IGNORE THE REVIEWS OF FOUR STARS OR FIVE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Ordered 2 kits in June only one has been delivered (2months later) and that was missing the socks. Zero customer service. They haven’t bothered to reply to my emails so no idea if they will send the rest of the order or refund for it but i suspect they won’t. I also suspect that all of the reviews on here that give more than 1 star are total BS, just like Fauna Sports
