After about 2 weeks of purchasing the ring, suddenly i found out no stone on the ting. I went back to the shop and explained what happened. They told me it never happened before and I have to pay for new stone fir the ring. I told him it's a factory problem but they refused.

Avoid! Poor quality sapphire stone, internally flawed. Not prepared to accept fault and instead accusing me of damaging the ring. Offered to replace the stone HOWEVER at my cost.

I recently purchased a very expensive male emerald ring for my father from madina store and the store sold me a fake.
I have had the ring one week and it has chipped ! Real emerald would not chip and at such a price should not have chipped.

I request a refund from the store
I nearly missed my salah because of the store and then for then to return to the U.K. to see it’s quality so poor and fake is heart breaking. To be cheated in Madina next to the prophets mosque I am appalled.

I want a refund.

Actually today I visit your shop which is in MAKKAH hilton convention hotel bulding maybe i saw 2 rings 1 was natural opal 2nd was natural opal black actually miss tahani showed me rings and briefly explained about the stone that why it’s comes with cost which was really interesting I am almost convinced because she put that seed in my head that I have to buy these rings I live in dubai she explained about your different locations inshort you made perfect choice to chose her actually I can see clearly she will be a great Asset For your business so sharp people come with price make sure always make her happy with token of appreciation
