The staff are always polite and helpful and my personal manager, John Fielding, has always been very upfront and honest which is exactly what I want. He is proactive and does not need me to contact him all the time and his explanations have been very incisive and thorough. He understands my preferences and works accordingly. This also applies to his handling of my wife's account too.
