No communication about absent master
Multiple times no game masters without any messages about this. When I complained I got my month fee back, but nobody else was compensated unless they asked.
When there's a game master though, everything's is arranged pretty good.

Poor.
Organizers are always late and manage the games very poorly. Not worth the money.

It’s fun overall but shirts are not washed, many people without tickets which almost makes subscriptions meaningless.

I've been playing with FC Urban for 4 months. The timing is very convenient and there are many spots, so you can easily find the best suitable options for you. It was very important for me to find such activities after long lockdowns and staying home and FC Urban helped me a lot. In short, playing football with FC Urban, where I met a lot of people, is very good value for money. Also, I want to thank Ash for his responsiveness and professionalism and Rory and Chris for the games at Bermondsey and Regent's park!
