Straight football. No hassle or difficulty finding games and the same ease when you’re playing. Never has something as easy as this before and has done wonders for my confidence and fitness. Definitely recommend

Brilliant first game on FC Urban
The host Stefan was amazing, all players were friendly and played exceptionally well, very respectful and encouraging people, my nerves disappeared straight away. It was my first game on the app, I was hesitant as I thought I would play with selfish and rude/ arrogant players but was pleasantly surprised as it was the opposite 👊💯 I have recommended to couple of friends, one has already signed up for a trial game and another will sign up for a game hopefully next week

Hi Vincenzo, we have explained many times to you when responding to your plentiful queries about the stats and explained that unfortunately they sometimes can't be 100% accurate. The stats are a new FC Urban feature to try and add an exciting aspect to our games and we try our best to keep them as accurate as possible and would hope FC Urban players would understand this might not always be achievable. At the very least, you've played many well organised games with FC Urban where everything has been provided for a great match including a seamless sign up process, but unfortunately you seem to be very focused on your goal stats not being what you think they should be
It is good for all every bady.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service one of the worst I’ve ever had contact with. I forgot to cancel my membership and I got charged after not even an hour I canceled my membership and explained why to support and if I could please have my money back since I haven’t used the membership at all and canceled it right away. The customer support proceeded to mock me and tell me what if you went to a real gym and paid and then asked for a refund would they give it. I politely said back to him that yes they would if I change my mind as soon as I paid. Very disappointed.

Beware of monthly membership payments when pausing
Very convenient for me with the location and it was a well managed match with nice guys. It is a shame you can't pay per match, but that is to suck you in with the monthly memberships.
I would recommend people to beware that if you pause your membership, and then you might need to cancel (in my case I had a heavily pregnant wife), they will take another month's payment from you. They say they can't help you and are happy to take your money.
