Smoked cheese
Ordered some smoked cheese for my husband (different type of valentines)
He loved them found the camembert not too Smokey while hot got smoker as it cooled down (we baked it )

Ordered the smoked mixed nuts.
Ordered the smoked mixed nuts and smoked cashews. Absolutely delicious with a g&t! The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because they are rather expensive so only a treat now and again.
Delivery was swift.

Great products
Good products as normal. This is the first time I have had a delivery. All came well wrapped and insulated just a massive shame that APC delivery left it on the front step.

Thank you for your order and thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. This is invaluable for us to find out anything we, or our courier partners can improve on.
In this instance APC were instructed to leave your parcel somewhere "safe" if no-one was in and I wouldn't say left on the front step was particularly safe so we very much apologise for that! We will definitely monitor this going forward and if/when you order again in the future, if there is somewhere we can instruct them to leave a parcel specifically then please leave a note in the order notes during checkout and we will ask them to leave it there for you instead. Although you would think it should be easy enough for them to realise that on the front step wasn't safe enough.

Parcel arrived safely, but the tracking system did not work, so it was lucky that we were in to receive it.

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for the feedback! So sorry the tracking didn’t work on this occasion. We pass on the details to our courier APC and the tracking information will be provided by themselves, it may have been because you only provided a landline number rather than a mobile number on this occasion but they sometimes still send an email with delivery details. They are instructed to leave any parcel safely if no one is in to receive them as they are perishable goods so you should have still received your parcel even if you weren’t home that day thankfully.
We will definitely look into why the tracking didn’t work on this occasion though as APC are normally really good and give a time slot for delivery on the the delivery day too.
