Zero star rating for their dishonesty. I ordered goods from a merchant in the USA. Goods was faulty so i had to return for refund. Merchant provided prepaid label for pick up job. Job picked up 2 months ago i got the refund back from merchant. All

Don’t! Don’t, don’t use this company!

Very angry and frustrated with this company 😡they told me 5 days for a shipment, so I organised flight tickets and bookings accordingly; it’s been eight days, and it still hasn’t arrived, with means a lot of disruption, money wasted and probably flight cancellations! It was the first time as I usually use DHL, and definitely the last! The shipment was passports to be renewed!

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful. Would love to give a 0 rating. Totally unresponsive to emails (3 sent). Parcels are sitting with them for 2-3 weeks, no contact from Fedex.

I find out by contacting them after 2 weeks of the parcel sitting with them that there are MPI charges to be paid. Helpline is hopeless, go into pre recording loops (Currently have the phone on speaker waiting for an internal transfer to be answered - coming up to 20 minutes on hold).

Was promised by employee on Friday 3pm that the payment department would contact me within 20 minutes. I cancelled a previous appointment in order to wait for the call - it now Tuesday 11am and still no call.

It looks like I have to be my own customer service and chase them every step of the way. How the hell does a company like this even survive?.

Account manager- phone and email
Asked our pickup to tell his Manager- no phone call
Emailing NZ customer services
Tech said they would call- no phone call
We have items that need to be sent to America FOR
3 WEEKS now
Do i need to take this complaint to America??
Someone call AIL OF NZ 09 320 3031 during normal business hours

Rang - tried to get a manger today- no return phone

Package being held at EAST TAMAKI, NZ and the status is unbelievable, "DELAY BEYOND OUR CONTROL".
Why are you still operating then? This is unacceptable. Very bad service.

Consistently poor service from FedEx

Consistently poor service from FedEx. Still waiting for a ‘priority’ package from Europe sent over three weeks ago. DHL, by contrast, have delivered regularly from Europe & the US within 5 business days.

I now avoid companies that uses Fedex

Delayed by almost a month and still no sign of the package. It was held in a place for over 4 weeks as well.

Contacted them weeks ago and they didn't even acknowledge me.

Seems like they will just delay however long they wish, and has no regard for their customers because they don't even feel the need to respond.

Use Anyone But Fedex

I ordered an item from South Korea and it arrived in NZ in a very short time. I did the Customs clearance and paid the fees/GST on 06/01/2022. NZ Customs advised Fedex of this the following day, and I also emailed them a copy of the customs clearance. The item was not delivered despite several assurances that it would be, and then on 12/01/2022 I received an email advising that Fedex had now customs cleared the item, with the invoice for fees and GST. I emailed and left phone messages immediately, but now no-one will contact me. DO NOT DEAL WITH FEDEX. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE.

Generally pretty good

Had good experience with fedex most of the time; with things being overnight once they get to Auckland as long as it is a working day; mabye two days but better than DHL’s 2 week vs 2 day with Fedex delivery from Sydney.

I was sent an order from the UK and…

I was sent an order from the UK and Fedex sent me an invoice to pay the customs GST. There was on bank account number to deposit it into just a link on the invoice to their website to sign up for an account. I don't want an account. Also another link to make payment with credit card. Tried a dozen times over the next 3 days and it keeps saying they were having issues and to try again. There is no email or phone number to contact them. Seriously annoying and frustrating. I will ensure my UK suppliers never use them again.

FED UP WITH FEDEX

Ok, so if I had read all the reviews here about FedEx, I would never have trusted them with my package. I am in NZ and recently ordered an item from Indiana USA to be delivered to my home address in Auckland. Package was returned to their depot (5 mins from my house) with tracking details "Customer not available or business closed." However, my security camera tells a different story ... no attempt was made at my address. There is no local contact number available, all numbers lead to somewhere far away. Moral of the story? I will stick with DHL in future, they have always delivered ON TIME, EVERYTIME. Deal with local people and you get a local solution. After at least 12 phone calls and several emails, I may not ever get my FedEx delivery. LOCAL LOCAL LOCAL is all I can say.
