Great job!

My tracking number didn't work for some reason. So I have contacted the customer service, and it was very cooperative and helpful. Received my package earlier then supposed to be.

prompt customer service

prompt customer service. I made an error on my order and it was quickly updated. I would hope there could be a chat to advise further since I didn't realize the size of the product was too small.

…I'm happy with everything, but they took a very long time to send it.

They shipped the order a week later without any notification. I didn't even know what was happening with my order; I thought it had been cancelled. In the end, the order arrived safe and sound.Thank you

Your order has been shipped by registered mail to the USA. As stated on our website, delivery by registered mail may take 3–6 weeks.
