prompt customer service
prompt customer service. I made an error on my order and it was quickly updated. I would hope there could be a chat to advise further since I didn't realize the size of the product was too small.

…I'm happy with everything, but they took a very long time to send it.
They shipped the order a week later without any notification. I didn't even know what was happening with my order; I thought it had been cancelled. In the end, the order arrived safe and sound.Thank you

Your order has been shipped by registered mail to the USA. As stated on our website, delivery by registered mail may take 3–6 weeks.
Please note that we were informed by the postal service about possible delays in deliveries to the USA due to the ongoing postal reform.
According to the tracking information, your parcel was dispatched from Israel on August 13th and is currently on its way to the USA. Since some time has already passed, it is very possible that you will receive it in the coming days.
