Not dispatched from Ireland
The website has an ie address and the products are priced in euros so i naturally assumed that i was buying from an irish company and that the items would be dispatched from ireland. Nope. Coming from England. Via Evri. Their tracking says they got the item 3 days ago and nothing since. Im only not leaving 1 star because my estimated delivery date is actually tomorrow, i may come back and revise.
UPDATE - estimated delivery date was 8 February, ordered on 6 February, arrived today on 17 February. Feel Good did reach out to me after i wrote the first review and offered to refund my postage costs which was nice of them. I notice that they say on the reply posted here that they try and make it obvious that dispatch is from the UK - well i just went and did a trial rebuy on the website for more eye drops and it doesnt say that anywhere, gave me an estimated delivery date of 19 Feb if bought today. Anyway - just be aware if ordering from Ireland because you will potentially get caught for customs/VAT depending on the amount of the order as it is coming from the UK not Ireland. I left it at 2 stars because they did reach out straight away and offer to refund the postage (which wasnt the point)

I ordered from Feel Good Contacts after Specsavers cancelling my order for the second time. I ordered a pair of glasses with transition lenses and a pair of wider sunglasses for my husband. The sunglasses arrived two days later and my glasses arrived today after only been shipped on Friday. It had been faster than any other company I have used and I have one pair of glasses that will work as sunglasses as well instead of two pairs and it was much cheaper. I really recommend Feel Good Contacts, the experience has been next to none.

Great product
Great product. Have been using for years now and never had any issues and always fast delivery. Unfortunately this time they appear to have changed the courier partner to Evri, appeared to be significant delays on their side. Not a huge issue, just have to factor it in next time. Ordered 2nd of Jan and they arrived on the 12th of Jan. Which isn't bad really but it used to be much quicker.
