It’s scam company
I ordered on the 27 November 2025, never received anything.
I sent an emails to them but never get response.
They took my money £100. They are scammers beware !!!

I am still waiting for my order from the 8 th of December. Do not order from this company they are scammers and thieves. Have emailed many times with no response. Don't fall for their deals they are just lies.

It’s a scam ordered around the 15th December, got email saying delay and should be with me before Christmas
Now in the 15th January no response from the company so I have reported as fraud

Purchased too good to be true bottles of fragrance on their Black Friday deals, email received promised goods would be delivered by 22 December with a small gesture of good will, still waiting, I wanted them for the year 2025 just gone
Think you should try their own new fragrance called SCAM by B******t

Ordered on black friday sale, got an email 3 days later saying unexpected delay, alright fair enough. Said I’d get tracking info on 21st Dec and receive my bottle on 22nd along with a 50ml Creed Aventus for the trouble as they couldn’t give me a monetary discount again - had nothing! Not responded to any emails, chargeback issued with bank and reported

One of the worst experiences I have ever had they just think to steal people's money and for them it's hunky dory but I will make sure to put them in their place

Oh dear - this is not a real company but a bunch of scammers. Steer well clear. The basis of the offer and the credentials of the 'company' are completely fabricated and not very well fabricated, either. Nothing much to add. These people have NO self respect, obviously.

I’m joining many others to warn any potential customers to stay away from this company. I ordered the Black Friday sale Creed Aventus £60. If something seems too good to be true, then it generally is too good to be true but I took the punt with little to no expectations. I would like my £60 back though. They’re taking £60 knowing that they’ll never fulfil the order and that’s fraud. Reported to credit card company and Shopify who seem to be involved in this order.

Terrible!!! I ordered in a sale and a month later I’m still waiting. They are almost uncontactable! Emails are ignored so I can only assume it is a scam. I have give a report to trading standards. They use Shop for delivery details and tracking who then take all of your shopping based email information, yet more data mining. Don’t shop with them!!

I was very skeptical when I saw an offer too good to be true. However, I took the risk and purchased one fragrance which I never received. Thankfully I chose to pay in 3 installments so only lost £20, which my bank has gratefully refunded once I opened a dispute.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I sent my 60 pounds for a supposed creed black friday sale, i have emailed them 5 times, they replied 3 times saying my order was being processed and they had a backlog and shouldnt worry. BULLSH*T they have not replied to my last 3 emails requesting my money back. This was supposed to be a xmas gift. Turns out they are just stealing peoples money, DISGUSTING PEOPLE 🖕🏾
