Do 4 stelle perché sono solo alla fine della prima settimana. Voglio vedere il seguito. Però le vampate sono diminuite del 70%, la notte finalmente dormo e di umore sono sensibilmente migliorata. Speriamo che duri 🤞 consigliato dal mio farmacista. Non proprio economico

Delivering on time

after a couple of month I started Femal my sleep improved a lot and I didn't have any hot flushes.

I have been taking Femal for 5 years . At the very beginning of my symptoms .
Was looking for natural remedy cause I can’t take hormones.
Well one thing is for sure .
I have barely any symptoms now. When I meet with friends my age … and hear their sufferings that’s when I realize I was fortunate to start early and it’s helping till now .

Extremely poor customer service, no response to 4 emails. Impossible to remove payment method from account despite cancelling - no confidence it is cancelled & that I won’t receive another packet.

Great customer service and a product that is making such a difference as I go through the menopause. I’ve been taking this for over a year now and can highly recommend Femal if you’re looking for a natural alternative to HRT.

Package arrived damaged with some tablets compromised. I've emailed and contacted more than once with no response

Watch Out- The automatic subscription is a real barrier to any future purchase.

Excellent worth every penny

Although I think the product helped the hot flushes customer service is non existing. I subscribed to a monthly order but they send it more regularly and so I had a backlog of 4 months. Trying to find contact details is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I eventually found and email and phone number but neither responded. I eventually had to cancel the payment with the bank. If I'd got through easier, I would have just paused my order but the lack of any contact made me feel like this was a scam.

Ordered sent out delivered , kept up to date on what was happening

I subscribed to Femal hoping it would help with perimenopausal symptoms. I think it may have helped with flushes however, I have a back log of the supplement and wanted to pause my order until I had used what I have. There are very little information on how to change your order or to contact them. I have emailed to now cancel all together and had not response. The phone number on my invoice does not work and I am now beginning to think this is a scam. Very unhappy.

Sent an email and message on their contact us on their website and have not heard anything. Seeing more recent reviews I worry about their customer service (looks non existent). Website is very slow and glitchy. Will see if I receive the product

Haven’t received but Royal Mail says delivered ; really upset that the money is taken and not delivered

I placed an order with Femal but it has been returned to them because the address was written incorrectly. I wrote numerous times to Femal to have an update on my order but I never received an answer. Also, it's impossible to sign in the account page because the login details are not recognised and they don't send a link to reset the password although they claim they do. I fear this is a scam website. Don't buy!

Packaging is terrible - this time my box arrived squashed at one end and so far 4 capsules are unusable. The blister packs are damaged and the contents of the capsules have dried up

Poor service. I didn't realise I had been put on a subscription - the reminder email went into my spam folder. First I know was a box arriving in the post and £76 out of my account. I hadn't got on with the product - no fault of Femal - and they were fine to refund the unopened parcel. I sent it back recorded delivery. It's now 3 weeks on, no reply to the 3 emails I have sent to them and no refund of the £76 for goods I didn't know I was subscribed to. Not a good experience in any way and there is no phone number available - not sure what to do next as they don't reply to email. I wouldn't normally give a negative review in this way but they haven't given me any other option

Delivery arrived a few days after ordering. Too early atm to tell if these are working but fingers crossed.

I didn't like that i purchased the product which says clearly to take one a day so I received 3 months supply as you are prompted to purchase 3 packs at a time. Then 10 days later I noticed that I was automatically billed on my credit card another 50 plus pounds for another 3 months supply ????? Why ? I emailed customer service immediately and of course got not response ! Very disappointing
