No info given on this site (Femillie).....Returns policy in gobbledygook. On the point of ordering, it clearly stated, no quibble returns, NO MENTION CHINA!!!!!
In fairness I emailed A COMPANY, I DID GET A RESPONSE FROM WOOBBRANDS???? WHO THEY ARE GOD ONLY KNOWS. However I appreciated a response as if i'm honest didn't expect one. I was starting to smell a rat, and like a lot of folk flipping cross that I got sucked in. WOOBBRAND did offer to forward on two larger sized bra's IF I RETURNED THE ONES I HAD RECEIVED. SURPRISE SURPRISE, RETURNS TO CHINA, YEAH RIGHT WELL THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN AS IT WOULD COST MORE TO SEND THAN THE ITEMS I PAID FOR. I had ordered Feminella Bra's, cloud like comfort XXL....these would barely cover two satsumas. HOW THEIR DOING SIZES GOD ONLY KNOWS SOOOOO disappointed more with myself than them.

Very poor quality. My only fault the unclear origin incurred extra import charges for what was an already highly overpriced, poorly made, no support bra. Awful product.

AVOID!!!!! Rubbish like a piece of rag ,didnt know it was coming from China return details all in a foreign language expected to pay £11 to return it to the company. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I purchased an item when it came it was absolute disgrace, asked to return all the refund information is in polish DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

i ordered 3 large bras one in each colour. they took the money twice so £82. when i wrote immediately they agreed they had and asked for a picture of my bank statement. i only took a tiny shot of my account. when all 6 arrived they where tiny im only a 36 they would only fit a 32 max and they sent six peach bras not one of each colour. they are ignoring my emails so i have to ask the bank to deal with it. i should have know better a total scam and dishonest to boot

I ordered two XL bras in black and beige and the bra wash bag. Id previously ordered from a similar company and had excellent experience so didn't check properly. This is one of those scam companies. There were two XXL beige bras in unbranded bags with no branding on the bras. They were thin and small, like teenagers bras. Same as one I'd bought for a few pounds on temu just to check it out. The reviews are probably taken off other sites as there is no option to review on there site. Currently waiting for how to return but am expecting having to send to china! Silly me as should have known that type of pricing in to good to be true.

I ordered two of their bras promoted on Facebook which were supposed to be the best thing on the market, comfortable, supportive etc. I ordered them and realised they are coming from China. The arrived 3 weeks later and have gone in the bin. They are just bits of elasticated material with a few bits of padding that aren’t even in a shape. Please do not waste your money.

I sent in my order for a Bra size L on 11th July
I received a package labeled XL inside was a very small bra which would not have fitted a young teenager certainly not a middle aged woman
I was given an address by Woob Brands in china to return the item for refund this would cost £19 for £21 refund
Certainly a scam..... most disappointed

I ordered 2 Medium bras. I received 2 Large bras. Even so, bra is too small and is merely 2 flat pieces of 'foam' inside a cheap fabric, absolutely no shape to cups, just FLAT. The advertising in no way represented what I received. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered 2 support bras. They look great in the picture.
The website looks British and authentic. No mention that it was coming from China. The confirmation of order looked good and had an email link for any enquiries.
The product took 2 weeks to arrive and i began to get suspicious.
It arrived in a cheap grey poly bag and my heart sank. Inside were the cheapest looking bras i have ever seen. They feel and look like paper. I ordered XL for 70kg weight as suggested and they are far too small. Apart from that they have no shape and do not stretch much.
I feel i have totally wasted my money.
When i visited the 'returns' part, it is in some foreign language which i dont understand...looks like eastern european...but it definatly came from China.
I have wasted £30.
I also noticed that they traded under anotjer name until 2026 . Probably got too many negative reviews and had to change.
Do not buy from this company.
