Disgraceful customer service

This product did not work for me despite persevering for almost 3 months. I have emailed several times, 3 or more, to request a refund as per their policy of 100 day money back guarantee, without a single reply, not even an acknowledgement. Disgraceful customer service and shame on femvaults for not sticking to their own policies. I will be taking this further.

Horrible company to deal with

Same experience as others. I bought product on 2/9/25, item is not at all suitable for me so I requested to return for refund on 4 separate occasions via email and on their website. I got no reply to any of my emails. Two days ago I logged a complaint with my credit card who opened a case with femvaults . Today, coincidentally, I received an email from femvaults advising me that I was not entitled to a refund as per their new returns policy which apparently was clearly stated in their terms. I knew this was not the case as I had been following their returns procedure which was to email to request a return .I logged onto their website and surprise, surprise, the returns page had been changed. It now states very clearly the following .
As off the 1st Of September 2025, We do not offer returns of refunds once purchase has been made.
(Yes, this is the grammar and spelling copied directly from their website!)
This message was not on their site last time I checked and as 2 of my 4 requests to return the item was via the portal, I had to go via this exact page where it clearly stated to email them to request how to return item for refund. I will now be taking this up with trading standards. Disgusting company to deal with!

Does not work

This product is badly designed and does not work at all for me. I have emailed several times to ask them how I return it. I have heard nothing in 2 months apart from a promise to return the money if I do a short video about the product. It would be a very negative video so I very much doubt they would give me my money back then either. I bought it on the strength of other videos and now I know they were done by people wanting their money back so really can't be trusted! It is not 'fit for purpose' and as such they have a legal responsibility to return the money.

Refund not paid

Despite numerous attempts to use the product I found that I was unable to use it as it seemed too large and cumbersome for me.

I emailed the company and they told me to return it for a refund. I posted the item on 16 August 25 and despite numerous emails requesting a refund I have not receive a reply to my email nor my refund. I feel as though I've been scammed.

UPDATE: Despite the promised refund on 17 October, I have still not received my refund from Femvaults at 24 October 25

Don’t be scammed by these people

Don’t be scammed by these people. What a shame, preying on vulnerable women who need a solution.
Waited the stated number of working days for delivery. Nothing. Emailed them. Nothing. Thought I was savvy to this sort of joke. Delving deeper, it seems another reviewer found the “company” (a man working out of a flat), to be insolvent. Hassle and agro we could all do without!!

Absolute waste of money.

This does not fit properly between legs - cannot therefore make the toner work. Instructions not clear and the video on the website is no use. Whoever designed this needs to go back to the drawing board. Rubbish.

AS PER FEMVAULTS RESPONSE - I sent an email which had my s bounced back undeliverable ……. I see others had this issue too. Obviously they are not interested in assisting when they can’t even provide an eligible email address

We do mention on our website that if you have a small frame, experience pelvic pain or weigh below 40kg then you may have difficulty using the exerciser. A year ago I couldn’t leave my house…

A year ago I couldn’t leave my house because of an over active bladder and pain. I purchased one of these trainers and I now have an excellent pelvic floor and can wait hours between bathroom visits.

It works

I have been using for 4 weeks. Use daily and have noticed an improvement in pelvic floor strength already. An added bonus in using this is that my bottom is getting toned at the same time. Highly recommend.

Waste of money

I'm finding this quite impossible to use after trying twice daily for a week. It's so heavy all the effort seems to be spent holding it in place, the instructions are vague and even on the lowest setting I cannot feel any movement of the 'wings'. Wish I hadn't wasted my money but there are no instructions for returning the wretched thing!

I couldn't even give this one star

I couldn't even give this one star . As a sports coach and therapist this is not fit for purpose . Even with strong muscle tone the device is difficult to position and if you contracted to the level you need to work the device you would end up with bruising .. please do not waste your money on this .. there is no way to return , refund or get your money back . No reviews on their site .. can't even recycle another landfill item !

Don’t part with your money

Don’t part with your money , having checked the company trading name via the government website- he is insolvent, a 24 year old man operates out of a shabby flat in London ,it’s reporting that he only has £55 “ in assets “
And creditors of £15k plus , the email is totally usless & the so call Facebook page shows other companies chasing him etc etc . Just reporting this in support of my wife.

Total dissatisfaction

I wish to return this device as I cannot position it, even with the help of hubby, as I am a larger lady and it just doesnt fit. However, having contacted the company 3 times they refuse to respond despite claiming a 100 day returns policy with free returns for full refund. I need a return address in the UK but cannot find one anywhere online

Do not order from them , I’m not happy with my purchase and want a refund.
I’ve emailed numerous times and haven’t had one reply! I’m taking it further as by looking at the reviews everyone is treated the same way!

Despite contacting Femvaults about a return and despite them saying 100% guarantee of a refund if the item is not suitable. They completely ignored my correspondence and obviously have no Intention of honouring their promise. So as a result I will be posting on numerous social media platforms about their duplicity and also contacting Trading Standards.
