Fen Regis Trophies Avis

I enquired about having some bespoke glassware made for an event we were hosting for the first time, as I thought it would be a lovely finishing touch. It was a last-minute request, which really put Andrew and his team to the test, but they exceeded all expectations.

From start to finish, the service was reliable, professional, and incredibly efficient. We received the finished pieces within just 48 hours and were absolutely delighted with the quality and the final result.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew and his team, and I won't be using anyone else for my bespoke glassware needs in the future.

Great experience with this company from the very start to the end. Really good communication, kept updated throughout the process and the products are of great quality- 100% will be using again

Excellent customer service, we have used Fen Regis Trophies for over 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are extremely professional and have a high level of care and attention to detail. The glassware itself is beautiful—high quality, well packaged, and exactly as described. I was late ordering this year but they still delivered in plenty of time. I highly recommend them.

The Fishermen’s Mission has used Fen Regis Trophies for over ten years, and we have always been incredibly pleased with both their products and service.

They produce the awards we present to supporters at our AGM, as well as occasional staff recognition awards, and the quality is consistently outstanding. Their attention to detail during the proofing process is excellent, communication is always friendly and helpful, and orders are completed within a fantastic timeframe.

Every award arrives carefully packaged and well protected for delivery. Andrew and the team are a genuine pleasure to work with, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Fen Regis Trophies. - Dean Lawrence on behalf of the Fishermen's Mission.

Andrew was a delight to work with. Understood our requirements and was very efficient and supportive.

We are delighted with our trophies for our NHS Staff Excellence Awards. Thank you.

I ordered over 10 trophies on behalf of my company, and although the approval process involved several stages (on our side), Andrew and Scott were patient and made everything straightforward and efficient. The trophies are excellent quality and look fantastic. We also needed to add an extra trophy after placing and paying for the order, which was handled quickly and without any hassle. Excellent service throughout.

They were great to work with, took on the brief well and the trophies have turned out looking amazing. They were in touch throughout the process. Would recommend.

Excellent communication throughout the ordering process. Went above and beyond for us. Trophies arrived very quickly, quicker than expected and are of very high quality. Recommend this company to anyone, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks to everyone at Fen Regis!

We have ordered standard trophies from Fen Regis, the advice, quality of product and service is excellent. It was so good we then embarked on a bespoke custom trophy design with them. The design process was seemless, quick and excellent value for money.
Heavily recommend this company.

Great support, quick from order to delivery. High quality trophies.

We asked Fen Regis for advice and guidance on which trophies and engraving would work best for our event and awards evening. They we're quick to reply with help and support in the decision making process. Then super fast with delivery, ahead of the deadline. We would definitely use them again! Thank you!

From easy ordering on line to receiving the trophies was a first class speedy service. I've used Fen Regis Trophies a few times and have been impressed with the service every time.

I would definitely recommend Fen Regis trophies. I placed an order for 23 etched glass trophies for an awards event. Andrew and Scott were incredibly helpful in explaining the different options for logos and adjusting logos where needed due to sizing, colour to black and white etc. We needed each award to be slightly different due to sponsors and this was not a problem. The proofs were done very quickly and trophies arrived in plenty of time for the event. The quality of both the actual trophies and the etching/engraving is excellent, the boxes and packaging looked very professional for the recipients to take their trophy home in and the communication was brilliant.

Andrew and the team at Fen Regis Trophies are extremely helpful and reliable. I had an amazing experience with their help turning around some last minute trophies and the results were incredible. Will continue to use them as my preferred trophies supplier - really really happy with them!

I would like to thank Fen Regis Trophies for their excellent service. The quality of the trophies was outstanding, and everything was delivered on time, even at short notice. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were first class. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality trophy services. Thank you again.

Recently bought 4 glass trophies from Fen Regis individually engraved, brilliant service from initial communication through to on-time delivery and reasonable price, will definatley be using them again going forwards.

The staff at Fren Regis Trophies were very helpful and professional. They patiently went through several rounds of revisions at our end and delivered the trophy well before the due date. They were very prompt in responding to the message and the quality of the finished product was very nice. The trophy was in memory of a colleague and the quality of the trophy did full justice to the work ethics our colleague stood for.

I will definitely order again in the future with Fren Regis Trophies.
