I bought a clamp back in September. It recently became cracked so I reached out to Fenrir’s support team explaining what happened and sending pictures. They promptly responded and offered me a new and improved product. I can’t tell you how much this means to me. Fenrir is a pivotal player in the PE community and the least I could do to show my appreciation is leave a few kind words.

I’m loving the device so far
I’m loving the device so far! It’s pretty straight forward to use and has little to know learning curve. The build quality is definitely very good everything seems well made and secure. The only issue I had was with the time it took to ship out. Well over a month it’s the only reason I didn’t give it five stars. If in the future this gets fixed I can’t see why more people won’t purchase.

Quality product and excellent support
Really satisfied with this purchase. The product is great and feels well made. Customer service was also excellent and helped me quickly when I had a warranty case. Overall a very positive experience.

Incredible products
Incredible products, and even better customer service. I ordered the clamp with a pump adapter, and when it first arrived, everything was there except for one small piece, I contacted them about it (not sure whether it could be remedied given distance and shipping issues), and they sent me a replacement without any charge as early as they could. It takes a bit of time, I think it's a small crew, but the products and customer service are beyond anything else I've run into in this product range. Genuinely, I don't have any complaints.

Broke after a month
original clamp and frame cracked badly on the plastic right around the area the pump adapter mounts connect after about a month of use, replacement part cost $50 and took a month and a half to ship, bad experience overall.
*The only frame screws that were tightened were the ones that were included with the pump adapter that attach the brackets to the frame of the clamp, perhaps I didn't make that clear to you, not that it matters as the quality of the material leaves something to be desired currently, but thanks for the replacement*

Regarding your situation, we have reviewed your order (2790) and our previous communication. In our email exchange, you confirmed that you tightened the screws yourself. As previously explained, this adjustment caused the frame to break.
Although the damage resulted from this, we still offered, in good faith, to send you a replacement set of frames free of charge. We only requested coverage of the shipping costs. These costs have increased due to tariffs and import duties enacted by the Trump administration, which are the responsibility of the customer. This is clearly outlined in our Warranty Policy, available on our website.
We understand that additional shipping charges can be frustrating, and we are actively working to find better shipping solutions to minimize these costs wherever possible.
We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify the situation.

Improves on the python in numerous ways. Extra forethought in design allows configuration for several popular training styles, yet still exceeds expectations in its core function. The molded removable insert makes maintenance and cleaning far easier. The seams have good tolerances and leaks are not an issue. Warranty is 100% honored in case of any shipping damage or defect. Product has saved a lot of time already just by offering greater precision and predictability in training. Recommended!
