Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I never received my order because they claimed the address was incorrect. However, I checked the address multiple times before placing the order, and it was written exactly the same way I always use for other deliveries without any issues.
To make matters worse, I sent several emails asking for information and assistance, but none of them were answered. The lack of customer support and communication was extremely frustrating.

LT therapeutic mask
LT therapeutic mask. I’m not sure how or why it works but it does. I kind of equate it to a thunder shirt for a dog. My horse is more confident to the jumps wearing this mask. I figured I’d give it a try after 3 top Grand Prix riders started using them. I don’t flat in it, only use it for jumping.

I love this mask
I love this mask! Helps my mare feel calm while getting back into work after rehabbing when she wants to GO but we need to take it slow. It helps her stay in her skin. ❤️

Simple clear easy work with and very timely shipping.
This is a stunning looking exercise sheet that feels very good quality, which molds to the shape of the horse.
The rug is lightweight, but it didn’t flap about in windy conditions
I found the sizing a little on the small side. My horse usually wears a 6ft 3in rug and this was a large, but it proved a little snug.
