Delicious drink & fab customer service
We had a very small glitch with our delivery, however a quick exchange of emails explained what had happened and everything was resolved quickly and courteously.
More importantly though, the drink is delicious and well worth a try.

Refreshing and Subtle
Prompt delivery. Well packaged. Product at first taste and smell unusual, not experienced anything like it before. I mixed with Fever tree Ginger Ale. After a few sips, my palette settled and I thoroughly enjoyed Feragaia. It was a refreshing and subtle drink.

Watch out for special offers before placing full price order!
One day after I placed my order an offer appeared of a case of Ginger Ale with any order.
Then an offer of old style bottles made available on Amazon at reduced rate.
Not amused.

Dear Ian, Firstly, we are very grateful for your order and would never want to upset a customer in this way. We have just introduced the new bottle, which is 30% bigger than the original. We've been running a promotion on the original bottle on Amazon for the past 6 weeks to run down this stock and minimise wastage. We're a very small team and trying to get ourselves out there in 'Dry January', we're having to test a lot and see where the opportunities lie. As co founder, I really hate to see a 1 star review and I wonder what we can do to turn this around? Very Best, Jamie
