Bought some Italian “hand maid” trainers. Thought they were a European outlet. Like Wentworth of London who sell clothes. The shoes are absolute tat. I don’t even think Shoe Zone/Jonthan James could make anything so bad. From a distance and on the ads, the shoes are a nice design but that’s were it ends. The soles are uncomfortable. There is internal material but it’s as thin as the leather. No sturdy heel either. Paid £35 plus 5 day delivery. Took them nearly 2 weeks. Complete waste of money and no easy returns policy. Be warned. There’s loads of these Chinese sellers posing as European or British outlets. Don’t go near.

Don't bother, emails to update on delivery that never arrives.
Constant invitation to sales events.
They need to get orders to customers.
No stars would be more appropriate stay well away.

I keep being told the shirts are on the way. But they lie!
I wish I had read Trustpilot - I would never have trusted them.

I ordered a pair of trainers, cheap material and flimsy.
I have emailed them 3 times to start a return / refund process and been completely ignored

Absolutely terrible quality. Not remotely the quality that is advertised. Very cheap and nasty products.

Customer service has failed to respond.

You know that feeling you have where you wish you'd checked trust pilot first!....
I usually am a due diligence individual, but was doing some last minute clothes shopping prior to going on holiday, needless to say they never arrived 😕
Exactly the same experience as Pete there a couple of days ago, repeated requests for delivery updates & subsequently requested cancellation of the order when it became clear the order wasn't going to arrive in time.... 😘 that £51 quid 👋🏼👋🏼....complete👌🏼💦'ers!!

Tried all the normal things ,cancelling, emailing, asking for refunds, no joy at the moment, companies own site reviews are scams, if you order from this fake company ,kiss your money goodbye.another one is one called nanopolix,steer clear ,most probably same Chinese company.customer service better in dartmoor prison, and that's shut

Delivery time is an absolute joke, been waiting nearly 2 weeks to be told my item (what looks like a smart shirt)has just left the Airport of origin, wish I could tell you about my item but it won't be here in time,

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The product was terrible the delivery was woeful and the customer service was nonexistent. The advert says returns accepted but the company has no address no phone number and they don’t answer any emails. Know that I have lost my money but that’s on me.Nothing more I can say .

Terrible customer service… asked for a returns document and refund… have contacted them 3 times and not even a reply…

The products do not match the sizing and I have asked the company for their returns details, having provided order number etc. That was almost three weeks ago and they still have not responded. To obtain the correct size I had to go up two sizes. Ok the product is of a reasonable quality, however, their admin lets them down.

Order 4 weeks ago. Several Evri messages about order received then delayed an no nothinh never arrived. Complained but getting no response. £45 wasted. Really poor.

I ordered from them. Paid rapid 3 day delivery option. Arose my suspicions because I had no contact after 3 days. I looked on trust pilot because their website says the have 4 to 5 stars. Realised that was a lie. I contacted them to cancel my order, literally minutes after I sent the email I got an email off them with tracking instructions saying that the order had just left from somewhere in china. A put all this in an email and demanded a refund. After a day and a half of emails going to and fro with them constantly abusing me. Saying I was stupid and didn't understand what I was doing they eventually issued a refund. Although I suspect that was probably due to my credit card company pressuring them. Just be warned this is a fake company. Stay away from them.

Terrible website and service.
Finally received the shoes over a month after placing an order. Shoes were poor quality. Looked plasticky and certainly not leather.
Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Don’t buy from this scam company. I made a mistake of not reading the reviews first. Bought 2 polo shirts which did arrive but this was when the problem started. I needed to send them back as to small. I emailed the company and it bounced back. I had an email from the company when they said delivery was delayed. I have used this since trying to get information how to send the goods back but with no response.

Initially got message that my shoes were on the way, but subsequently 18 days later no show. Just silly messages about delays and promising a good service.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before falling for their fake reviews on Facebook.

Strongly recommend against buying from this company.

Would give zero stars if I could. Fake advertising, fake products, shipping delays, not worth the money by a long shot!
