Excellent service, my bikes disc breaks were worn and rubbing against wheel rims. After I had it serviced for new break pads and calibration it feels great going up hills again and feels as good as new.

Very helpful, practical - have used them several times for my son's bike and they will often fit him in after school so his bike's ready for the cycle to school the next day. Give advice on things where your bike is beginning to show wear and what to watch out for and how to maintain.

Had my Brompton serviced again. Always consistently fantastic work, efficient and seamless drop off and pick up. Honest and polite staff.

Not only brought the bike back to feeling exactly as it was brand new, servicing it fully and fitting a new chain and spare parts (brake pads) I had supplied as I had them previously with no question.
He also went the extra mile and checked an issue with my rear cassette to give me confidence in it while also fixing a seized bolt on my rear brakes without any questions making it easier for me next time to replace them myself.

Booking was also super easy via the website, updates were easy to do on the app along with payment online.

Was told it would take 72 hours, ended up taking 10 days. After asking for timescales and lack of responses, I contacted customer services who arranged for the area manager, Matt to call me. Matt said that he would organise for a discount due to the poor service but he never contacted me again and I needed the bikes back so ended up paying full price. When walking one of the bikes back, the chain was hanging off and handed been put on the cassette properly. On the other bike, the brakes were very stiff and the cable snapped a day later - I haven’t bothered asking for it to be fixed as I don’t have the time to hassle them to fix it. No criticism to the guy in the workshop - he is just overworked by Fettle and they don’t seem to care that this is impacting service.

I had a drivetrain and headset inspection carried out as I've had bad experiences with botched repairs in the past and I had lingering concerns over my Canyon Aeroad. Fettle have already renewed the headset, and it is holding up perfectly, unlike the previous attempt by another shop which nearly caused an accident.
Santi commented on everything, made suggestions without a hard sell and I ended up not having any work done or incurring any costs but knowing that I will be going back when further servicing is required.
Though fettle is a bigger business it felt very much like a traditional LBS built on trust and knowledge. So I have no reservations in recommending them. They're also very good with canyons, and an approved service partner.
I feel relieved to have a local service partner I can trust.

No updates provided. Had to call "customer service" who didn't even know where my bike was. Was told to call the service centre myself, but they did not answer my eight calls. Registered a complaint with customer service and was contacted by a manager who told me they had a system error, had "lost track of my bike" and would reduce the fee by 5 quid. No apology. Took three weeks to get my bike back for a simple tyre replacement.
They get two stars for the pickup and delivery person (Sam) who was excellent.

Isaac and his team at Fettle Hyde Park are real bike experts, and themselves enjoy biking, which makes for a great service experience.

Easy to book in via the app with regular updates, easy sign off for the quote after bike inspection via app and then payment. Very good full service of my daughters road bike by the Hyde park branch/ Isaac (second time I’ve used them) and v happy . Highly recommended

Guys at Fettle cardiff are very experienced, professional and exceptionally helpful. Got my new TPU tubes fitted with sealant and bike back to me in 2 hours yesterday, despite being busy. Worth being a customer here.
