I love my new sofa (Cascais RS) from Feydom, and the customer experience was fantastic, thanks to Nenad's assistance!

Sofa is very comfy and easy to clean, the only thing I would change - maybe I would make the pillows look more full.

Feydom configurator App ist easy to use and whole order process is straight forward. I also used service for ordering fabrique samples which was really helpful. Order was confirmed after one day and our Sofa was delivered after five weeks only. Installation of Sofa was really easy and It looks great and ist very comfortable.

Excellent customer service! I went to the show room and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. One thing to note is that you'll be doing an online order regardless if you're in the showroom or not.

When it comes to delivery, I was informed that due to supply issues, the fabric that I had chosen was going to take up to four months. They helped me choose a fabric that I could get significantly faster (two weeks) and made the change without any hassle.

The actual delivery went very quickly and consisted of only two dollies of parts.

Timely delivery. Cloooods-2S couch is great and suits my needs. As someone living in a 1 bedroom condo, the modularity of the couch is what I was looking for and I look forward to using the different configurations.

I absolutely love my Clooods sofa (with Icon Natur). It's comfortable, it is excellent quality and it fits perfectly in my home. Kristian was awesome. Thank you! It was a great experience to have all my questions answered and to test out the various options at the Feydom showroom. Delivery was less than a week and such a smooth experience. Absolutely pleased with my new sofa!

From the moment I entered the show room to the day my couch was delivered, I was impressed with the service I received. Kristian was very helpful in helping me select a couch and took the time to show me how they can be configured. At the time of my order, I was unable to select the dark couch legs. I emailed the company and I was advised they will be delivered with the couch. I was notified of the delivery 4 days prior to the date with only a 2 hour window of estimated arrival. I received follow-up calls and texts to let me know when they will be arriving on the day of delivery. My couch was delivered without any issues and I also received the dark couch legs. I have not unwrapped and set up the couch yet as I am in the process of moving. I am looking forward to doing so this weekend. I will let you know how it goes.

We bought Matacao2 Archipelago sofa from Feydom for our living room. It is a sectional sofa that can be arranged in many different ways (as a couch, chairs and even a bed). The design is modern and unique. The couch is firm, spacious and extremely comfortable. The fabric is durable an easy to take care of (the covers can be removed and washed). It comes in many colors you can chose from. Definitely this couch adds character and ambience to the room! Very happy with this purchase.

We ordered the Clooods sectional for our condo and it's perfect! The ordering process was easy and staff super helpful and friendly. Delivery was timely and easy. Putting it together was simple and colour (antique gold) is gorgeous! Can't wait to try it as a bed too.

Even though I saw the products on pictures they look modern, beautiful and very versatile! That was the reason I ordered a sofa. I had a few questions and the customer service was awesome! The only problem is the waiting time- 2-3 months ( hopefully not longer) but this is a common problem now! I wish you success in the future! Regards! Mariana Bineva

I cannot say how amazing the Feydom products are. Just what I was looking for ... as we were in the market for a minimalist modern sofa... that could be used in many different configurations. Feydom fits perfectly.
Great service and wonderful product.

Really firm and high quality. Assembly is very easy, just screw on the legs and attach the pieces together. The only thing I didn't like was all the plastic used for packaging. Would be better to use more sustainable materials
