An absolute shit show. Mouldy, rubbish, leftover empty bottles, dirty plates. Carpet and furniture filled with dog hair. Mouldy wood, bugs, jobs that said would be done but not. Rude, incompetent letting agent. Promised jobs to be chased with general manager, still not completed even when I moved out. Disgrace.

Disability discrimination to the fullest, I am a disabled resident of one of the apartments they manage. There is plenty of available parking but they have refused to allocate me parking such a shame this happens on 2025

If you're considering leasing a property—whether from this company or any other for that matter, please consult a Solicitor to review the lease before signing,(their fee could be small change compared to what you could have to pay at the end of your lease) Additionally, insist on comprehensive photographic evidence of the property's condition at the start of the lease, ideally included as part of the agreement. Pay close attention to any clauses detailing your responsibilities at the end of the lease, as overlooking these could lead to huge costs.

Our experience with this property management company has been consistently unsatisfactory. We encountered frequent issues with invoicing, including frequent amendments and subsequent credit notes, leading to significant confusion and discrepancies in their accounting records. Today, we experienced a particularly frustrating incident where we received threats of legal action regarding an invoice that had not even been issued. After four months of attempting to resolve this matter, we finally received the invoice today.

This company strung me along for 3 weeks saying a tenancy agreement couldn’t be produced in a shorter time period when the truth of the matter was they were in discussions with the owners about doing a completely different development to what the owners had initially agreed with me.
Unprofessional, dishonest and disingenuous to say the least. But hey I’m sure they sleep just fine.

They never repaid our deposit. Wish we never rented a unit from them they were a difficult company to work with when we moved out

Fi Real Estate management took over the management of our apartment block and they have hiked the service charges insurances and ground rent.

Service charges doubled straight away. Insurances doubled as soon as they took over but we managed to get it reduced after coming together as residents.

The service charge was not clear despite asking for a full breakdown.

Terrible place to work. You’ll have your soul ripped out of you if you work here. Great people are fired on ‘firing Fridays’ and they have a high staff turnover. Management intimidate and bully staff creating a suffocating environment. They’re asking us to leave positive reviews too - ironic!

Right from the start, the refurbishment work for our rental property, Rob put our my mind at ease with his can-do attitude and responsiveness - anytime an issue came up, he was on it straight away.
