Fibrus 1000

I had a leaflet for fibrus put through my door. I called the number and spoke to a salesman. He was full of knowledge, gave me good advice, estimated timeline for connection. And explained how to swap over from bt. They sorted it all. I was well informed with a connection date. The lads that came to install were polite, tidy and kept any disruption to a minimum. They were done in less than an hour. They also gave me instructions of how to use the app and what all the lights meant on the router/extenders.
Very happy with the service so far.

We are sadly disappointed. The fitter seemed adamant that the router should go in a different place to where we wanted it. We think he just wanted the easy option. We are pleased that the speed has much increased in a couple of rooms but we have problems in the kitchen in particular with an internet radio. It is a 4 roomed bungalow and we never had any problems with our plusnet router in any of the rooms. We cant help thinking that it might be better if the router had been put near the existing one which was our wish. Either that or the Eero router is much less powerful than the plusnet one.

Prompt and efficient service…

I had a slight problem with my router and called them. My issue was responded to, promptly and efficiently and in a friendly professional manner. It was so lovely getting speaking to a human to be able to sort my problem out within minutes! Thank you.

Spoke to a lovely lad called Kevin who took his time to listen to all the details of an unfortunate misunderstanding about our landline connection. Very courteous, helpful and an absolute asset to the Company, kept his cool and gave practical advice on how the situation could be resolved. Thanks Kevin for your time and patience.

Great broadband

The installation was very quick and the men did a very neat job and cleared up after themselves,I had a problem the next day connecting to extra eeros and rang fibrus the man I spoke with was really helpful and helped me connect them up over the phone , everything is working great now ,and I have much faster broadband than I did with BT

Good fast internet.. but things I would like to see.

Good fast internet, the only thing I can really complain about is trying to pay, would be better if there was an app or something along them lines to make it easier to pay or website able to but your address and security questions so makes paying bills simple.. would be 5 star if had app to pay like your phone bill for example.
