Fantastic cushions for Adirondak chairs. Amy was extremely efficient and customer service is excellent. I would absolutely recommend.

When I took delivery of my Malmesbury coffee table, the condition of the table can only be described as shocking. As well as damage to the surface of the table, the mortice and tenon joints were in a deplorable condition. The joints were ragged, badly damaged and split and were totally unfit for purpose. How the table was allowed to be despatched and supplied to a customer in such a state is scarcely credible.
A replacement table was arranged and it was offered to have the replacement table assembled before delivery. I declined this offer because I wanted to ensure that the joints on the replacement table were fit for purpose. It was agreed that the replacement table would be supplied unassembled.
The replacement duly arrived and annoyingly it was pre assembled. This table was also in an unacceptable condition, as all the joints were loose, causing the table to be unstable. It must have been in this condition when it was despatched, so how anyone in Field and Hawken thought that supplying a table in this condition would be acceptable beggars belief. So this was not just a simple matter of supplying goods with a minor fault or damage, but a repeated display of showing disregard for providing a customer with a quality product and ignoring simple requests.
My experience was far removed from the glowing claims on the Field and Hawken website and I will certainly not be buying from them again.

Your first table should never have passed our pre-dispatch checks, and we sincerely apologise that this was missed. We upgraded your replacement table to an assembled version in the hope of ensuring its quality before delivery, but we appreciate that it did not arrive in perfect condition and understand how frustrating this must have been. It’s likely that some of the issues occurred during transit, though this doesn’t lessen the disappointment caused.

I purchased a teak steamer chair from Field and Hawken online and contacted them to arrange a quick delivery. They were happy to assist and delivered on a Sunday.
There was an issue with the cushion but they replaced it straight away on next day delivery.
Great product and excellent customer service.

I bought a reclaimed root table from Field and Hawken last year and whilst moving my house contents into storage Pickfords pointed out that all the legs had split so I took photos and sent them to the company to ask for their advise.
I had a phone call from Andrew who was most helpful and surprised at what had happened and offered a replacement with no hesitation. I explained that the table had gone into storage pending a house move and so I would be unable to let them have it back right away. No problem said Andrew, pick the root stump you want and Ill reserve it for you until your ready to move into your new house.
Thats what I call customer service - very impressive indeed.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
