Excellent service
Friendly, helpful and efficient service. I just telephoned, spoke to a lady who was knowledgeable about the product I required, I ordered it and it and was delivered and fitted within days. The driver who fitted the product (washing machine) was helpful and very efficient and the machine was in place and working in no time.

My parents had been without an oven for…
My parents had been without an oven for 2 months. Every time Curry’s delivered they said they couldn’t fit it as there was an issue with gas pipe. After 3 attempts they gave up. I contacted Fields on their behalf and within 5 days they had an oven fitted and are looking forward to a roast dinner this Sunday. Can’t fault anything at all. Would definitely recommend!

Great service all round
Prompt service over the phone. Installer arrived at appointed time and quickly overcame difficulties. Machine tested and old machine taken away. Follow up call the following day to check that all was ok. Great service all round.

The shop took my order on Saturday…
The shop took my order on Saturday morning and my new machine was delivered on Thursday. The carpets were covered before the old machine was taken out, and the gentleman gave me time to clean the floor, which hadn’t seen the light of day for sometime! The new machine was fitted quickly and efficiently, and it’s workings explained. A well deserved 5 star rating. Thank you

Great service
Replacing our under counter fridge was a great experience from the moment we walked into the show. Selection, purchase and installation was easy. The installation engineer made the process look simple and completed quickly leaving a clear and perfectly fitted unit. Very happy. (We now realise how ‘bad’ our old fridge was !)

Old fashioned customer service at its best
My dishwasher was condemned during the warranty period by the manufacturer due to an ongoing electrical fault.
I contacted Fields from whom I purchased the appliance with the details from the manufacturer repair centre and they sourced another dishwasher (different brand due to limited availability) within 2 hours, ordered it and promised to call within 48 hours with an ETA and install date.
When I had problems reaching the manufacturer fir a call out they rang on my behalf and booked one of the many service visits to try and repair the machine.
Amazing customer service from a small but well run company, truly putting the customer first.

I ordered a replacement induction hob. The service was excellent and I was given a realistic time scale for supply and fit. The work was undertaken and the job completed very quickly and professionally. I would recommend Fields to anyone requiring domestic appliances fitted.
