Best Customer Service and no hidden fees
I have used Fienta many many times for large school events. The best thing about this is the very good communication and the personal relationship they build with each customer. The instructions to set up are very easy and clear. In addition, it's very easy to link the data and download all ticket information on an excel sheet. It is so easy without any extra costs apart from the ones that they have clearly stated. I couldn't recommend this more!

Easiest platform for tickets
It's easy to use and has all the functions you need. The developers are very eager to please the clients so whatever issue or update you might need, they're always willing to help. Unlike any other ticket platforms, seriously!

Simple, fast and very affordable
Simple, fast and easy to use selling platform. It takes 2-3x less time to create event on fienta vs known alternatives.
Also quite transparent with pricing and doesn't cost much which is a great plus for small merchant like myself and my customers
In addition - customer service if friendly, fast and very helpful. Whenever there's an issue or even idea - they always come back with a solution or update when it becomes available

I’m very satisfied with Fienta. The platform is convenient and easy to use, both for me and for my customers. Always trustworthy and fast partner for ticket sales. I prefer fienta because of its ability to configurate and style events easiely and the option to sell tickets with a minumum of data from the customer - this is important to me. Many payment methods are accepted, fast payouts, good support.
