I had tennis elbow and the pain was awful. Thanks to Fiix I can now play pickle ball pain free. My wife used it too and canoed this weekend for 4 hours pain free. We have loaned it out and others had the same success. Customer service is responsive. They even responded on a weekend. Lori and the team at Fiix care. Very rare these days.

Thank you Fiix Body. Fiix Elbow was the best product I used to treat both my tennis and then my golfers elbow. 8 week program used two times over the past two years. Solved! I had pain for three years for tennis elbow. Awful. Followed the protocol- bam. It works. The app, customer support, my elbow coach Lori, are excellent. Lori helped so much 2 years ago and when I got golfers elbow she was responsive and explained what was going on and gave great tips. Fiix Rocks!

This product is a gimmick #1 and #2, the company is so dishonest (Lori in particular). The product won't help you and when you return it because it doesn't work, Lori will find a pre-made picture of a tiny tear in the useless netting that holds the instruction manual and say you did it and charge you $30 (which conveniently covers their shipping costs). I disputed this charge and she actually sent the credit card company a totally different picture of a hole in the netting, LOL. Such a shady women. PS. this device does not work. If your elbow did improve, it was likely just your natural healing process and the exercises. Save your money.

So thankful for this company and their customer support !! I am pain-free and back to working out. Best solution out there!!

Buyer beware; I had slight tendon pain and saw this device online. Several celebrities said in their advertisement and the product helped with tennis elbow, so I opted to do the 8-week subscription. I spoke with a rep and she convinced me that this product would be perfect for me. After receiving the product and following the video I used the machine. This machine grinds at your tendons and can cause major issues. After using the machine for a week it said there might be slight bruising my arm swelled up like I was stung by a bee. I immediately reached out to the company to let them know my issue. Their rep said she spoke to their experts and I must have misused the machine based on the log. I told her I followed the instructions and that once my arm had mobility I might try it. After almost 3 weeks my arm finally was able to move past 90 degrees but was still in pain. At this point I reached out and said to the rep I was not comfortable using this device and did not want to continue treatment. They sent me a return label and I assumed they would refund my money. After several weeks I did not receive a refund and now they are stating there is no refund on my very high fee it was a rental. I am still having pain in my arm from their device! This company does not value a customer or their health. I have not been able to work out in over 2 months due to severe pain. DO NOT RENT or BUY this product. Only use a product like this under the supervision of a Dr.
