I got charged by this company for 7-day Trial Financial Profile. I did not approve it!.

I was considering applying for a loan, but thankfully I'm a bit anal when it comes to giving out my banking information (I mean, duh.... I'm applying for a loan.... I can't afford to just give money away) and I did my research. The company replies to reviews 100% of the time, but about 99% of those replies are the same cut and paste response regardless of what the complaint (and yes, they are ALL complaints) refers to. I haven't even completed the application, but I can almost guarantee I get the same response. Should be fun. I'll keep you posted.

Cahrged me $1. Then $39.99 three times. Called twice. They can not tell me what it is, why, how I "Signed up", nothing. They have "Limited access" to know anything about these charges. It's infuriating. How did they get my card number? What recourse is there? These people are criminals.

Im experiencing the same thing as everyone else is complaining about because I didn't authorize the $1 to come out of my account and I dont want to be charged $39.99 .I will be unaware of me having a subscription of any kind.So how do you cancel your subscription without a big run around?
I do not want to see that charge come across my account.

I don’t know how they got my information but they charged $39 to my account without my permission. Thank goodness Chase caught it right away. I had to cancel my card now I have to get a new card and change all of my accounts

Crooks!!! Never heard of these guys and they tried stealing 39.99 off my debit card!! Buyer be aware!!!

They start by talking a good game, but they are one hundred percent fraudulent company. I paid $30000 for fees. In connection to an investment group that was supposed to finance a project. Needless to say, they stole the money and there was never a company to invest in my project. Now, of course, I cannot get a hold of anyone. Run, don't walk. I contacted the FBI and they are investigating them.

My brother went to apply for credit and instead got roped into some 'financial wellness' program. This is preying on the vulnerable. Avoid like the plagur!

This is such a scam. I attempted to cancel a month ago via email and they charged me this month anyway. I tried calling to question why I am still being charged after I emailed indicating I wanted to cancel and to get a refund; they leave you on hold.
The Customer Service number doesn’t state the name of the business which is even more of a red flag.
I’m reporting this business to have their site shut down to prevent anymore victims being scammed.

If you were scammed by them. I recommend reaching out to your bank to block the merchant.

The only reason I give them a one is because I can't give them a negative number. Biggest. Scam. In. The. Country! I honestly never saw anything I was signing up for except a trial, which I cancelled. But for the past two months, I have had $39.99 taken out of my bank. Last month I thought I had it straightened out. Nope. And you can't find a person to talk to. Don't even go to their website. These people have no conscience and honestly do not mind ripping somebody off.
