Sent in an enquiry on a Sunday and had a call from Lewis on Monday at 10am.
Lewis seems to know his stuff and asked me questions that were all relevant to my situation. He explained things in a manner that was easy to understand without in any way being condescending. An appointment with an adviser recommended by Lewis has been arranged.

Appointment booked for home visit!
Appointment booked for home visit with two weeks notice, this was confirmed. 1 day before visit, I was informed that this was going to be changed to a Teams call, we are not still living with Covid restrictions! I don't do Teams as a first point of contact meeting. Teams is probably OK for a works meeting, not for a meeting where you are discussing your financial future.
quite disappointed, I have since cancelled further contact.
