The woman I spoke to was very nice and arrange a meeting with Kirby & Knot.
They didn't contact me for the first meeting and I am now 10 minutes into waiting for the next one.
You need to have a word with K&K!!!

Polite and helpful experience
Everyone was very helpful and explained things that concerned us.
However, I would say that it all moved very quickly indeed.
When we looked online I felt that we would be dealing with someone “local”, or even just a brochure to explain “equity release”….because we were not (& still aren’t!) sure whether we want to release some money to improve our home, or whether we should move.
We were only exploring options, and we’re not ready to make any decisions without lots of information.
Should we decide to go ahead, we will definitely go with the agent recommended to us - but we still have lots to think about.

4 months on from meeting our financial…
5 months on from meeting our financial advisor, we’ve had to chase up on progress multiple times - and there has been no progress. Perhaps something has happened to him, but there seems no way of moving forward without starting all over again. Disappointed.
