I quickly received a call from Perris, who evaluated my situation and assisted me in getting enrolled
I quickly received a call from Perris, an account manager with Beyond Finance. I had recently enrolled in a debt resolution program elsewhere but had doubts that I had made the right decision. Perris was so patient with me and explained everything so well. Ultimately I was able to compare and contrast his company with my current one. I explained my situation and he determined that a debt resolution program was best for me. Ultimately, I did change to Beyond Finance and am so happy about it!!

The representative Lisa that handled my case was so knowledgeable. She was patient in listening to my concerns and my situation and addressed them all. She was patient with my hesitancy and put me at ease with reassurance several times. She made sure to repeat herself until I understood the plan and process in place. Meghan was an extraordinary agent, she was thorough explained everything very well and is a very authentic person who expresses empathy and kindness. It isn’t easy being in a large amount of debt and needing the service. Megan made the whole process a lot easier, and reduced my stress level immensely. Beyond Finance is a for profit debt resolution company & they will hurt your credit!
I felt the person I spoke to was a bit pushy to sell a product & didn't adequately answer my questions about how much Beyond Finance was getting paid. I also felt they didn't try hard enough to get a debt consolidation loan for me, instead enrolling me in debt resolution, which sounds like a terrible idea. I decided to cancel my enrollment and work out some debt resolution directly with my creditors instead, so I won't hurt my credit score for up to 7 years.
